I ordered the 1st 1 and about a week or so later it just would not come on. It was working and I put it on the charger, took it off and it was a blank screen, when we got it , we had problems setting it up . It took a while to get it up and running and I had a feeling it wasn’t right. So, after messing with it for a couple hours we got it to work but it wouldn’t load correctly. It was really slow. So, I wrote in for a exchange, I had misgivings about getting the same 1 but I decided to try it anyway. You could tell it was much better, it loaded right and the touch screen was good and so far so good. I will let you know in a couple weeks how it works. I got the 2nd 1 sent to me the next day, which was great for my Granddaughter so she didn’t go to long without it. Guess it’s off to Kohls to return the 1st 1, wish it was closer , but the exchange went good. Thanks Amazon for not making it a hassle.... Karen

This thing is junk. It broke after 2 months, it is not kid friendly. Charger port broke in less than a month. Screen broke on the inside so the sensors don't work now. It is very slow at processing. I would not recommend buying this for a toddler. It is very small and thin, the "shockproof" cover doesn't feel like it would save it at all. I guess I got what I paid for.

The battery has already drained and won’t hold a charge. Until that point it was fantastic. The rubber case is a must. We had YouTube kids and Ms. Rachel for the 2 yr old.

Le compré esta tablet a mi sobrina de 6 años y ha sido una muy buena inversión. La usa para ver sus videos, jugar. La pantalla tiene buen tamaño y se ve nítida, el sonido es claro y la batería le dura bastante.Vino con una funda protectora que ha sido clave porque ya se le ha caído un par de veces y no le pasó nada. También me gustó que tiene control parental, así que puedo limitar el tiempo de uso o los sitios que visita.No es una tablet para cosas muy pesadas como juegos de alto rendimiento, pero para niños está perfecta. Se carga rápido y no se calienta.Muy recomendada para quienes buscan una opción segura, práctica y resistente para los más pequeños.

My 3 year old daughter had broke the silicone tablet case in a matter of minutes. The handle comes out easy and then she bit the end off. It happens? The back "kick stand" is hard to use as well. The case is not one I would order again, but the tablet itself seems to be doing ok. Even though my 6 year old go this hands on it and downloaded every game he came across... The camera is very grainy and there's officially a million screenshots in the library because of the onscreen screenshot option. Yay...

I bought this tablet for my daughter. The shared internet worked well for a while, but for some time now it doesn't accept it. It seems to have a block that doesn't allow compatibility. I don't know what to do.
