Best Greca I’ve Ever Owned
This is the best greca I’ve ever had. The stainless steel construction makes it feel very solid and well built, and it is incredibly easy to clean and keep clean compared to other coffee makers I have used. It makes excellent coffee every time, rich and strong, just like Puerto Rican–style coffee as it ought to be. The flavor is great, and the brewing process is consistent. If you are looking for a durable, easy-to-maintain greca that makes outstanding espresso-style coffee, I highly recommend the GROSCHE Milano Steel.

Great for regular coffee.
Still experimenting with brews but overall a great product. Well designed and easy to use. Need to let it fully percolate to get a full pot ( I find it easier to leave the lid open so that you can see when brewing finished).

Better than moka pot
Upgraded from moka pot. The stainless steel vs the aluminum is immediately noticeable- smell and taste. Very happy, husband is able to make himself a big ol cup of coffee in the morning and fill up most of his cup with just one go. Weve have it for a while now and there is staining/ slight wear from the finish on the butt of the pot but nothing out of the ordinary. Additional plus is the silicone gasket part comes out and can be cleaned thoroughly Room for improvement - when checking to see how it’s coming along, you have to use a utensil to flip up the lid because it’s hot.

Strong espresso/coffee.
Didn’t want aluminum percolator. This one is great, stainless steal, strong coffee, easy to clean, and durable. I would give it a five star rating, however the handle gets too hot sometimes to pick up. Otherwise, fantastic!

Good quality and cute
This is the second one I've bought. I had one before and it lasted me about 5 years. It's very good quality. I use it on a gas stove and the handle doesn't deteriorate from the heat. Good quality and it has a modern look too.

NOT ALL STAINLESS STEEL. Now garbage!
It’s NOT stainless steel! ☹️ OINLY the bottom(the part that sits on the stove) is actually stainless steel. The rest is aluminum! I was looking for a product that was %100 stainless steel, THIS MOKA POT IS NOT IT! The area where it percolates the coffee after it’s brewed, where it sits to be poured out, aluminum! The whole reason for having stainless steel, is so the aluminum doesn’t leach into your coffee overtime! Total let down. At present, all this “company” did is contribute to THE LANDFILL something not recyclable! How environmentally unconscious

The gauge of steel used in the top part is a bit thin which makes it a little flimsy, but it's still really good and I do recommend.

I’ve used Bialetti regularly in the past and I’m still using it. However, since I have an electric stove, I also wanted to try this option instead of Bialetti’s separate equipment. I must say it’s extremely high quality—especially this model. I had previously purchased a different model, but I didn’t find it to be on par with Bialetti’s quality, so I returned it. This one, however, fully meets my expectations and is truly comparable to Bialetti in terms of quality. In short, it’s just as stylish and impressive as the iconic Italian brand—a Canadian brand that looks just as good. 🙂

I purchased this because I really wanted a stainless steel moka coffee maker and because of its size (which you need to know is really just one large mug of coffee). I already had the aluminium Grosche moka pot (9 cup), but because of concerns with aluminium, I decided that for everyday use, I wanted a stainless version. At first I was going to return this one because of the issues I will describe below in the con section, but in the end I decided that the design 'flaws' do not outweigh the benefits of a stainless steel machine. And it makes a great cup of coffee. So here goes: Pros: - Good capacity compared to many moka stovetop coffee makers - Stainless steel (nice and thick, rounded bottom which is nice) - Doesn't leak, good seal while brewing - Pours very well into the cup with no dribbles (my other aluminium Grosche dribbles no matter what I try to do) - Attractive (very nice to leave out on the counter or stove) Cons: - The entire lid is made of stainless steel and it gets very hot. To open the lid, you need to press on a stainless tab that sticks out above the handle (no knob in the middle). Because it's stainless and ver hot, opening the lid while the coffee is brewing requires the use of a cloth (or a spoon to open the lid from the spout). Also, you need to apply some pressure to open the lid (it doesn't just go up and down smoothly). I honestly do not know why they didn't add a piece of silicone or something to the tab at the back so that we don't burn our fingers while trying to peek at the coffee to see if brewing has completed. Although the solid stainless lid is attractive, it would be so much better if it had a knob in the middle like other moka coffee makers so that I could just open it without all the fuss. - The top part, which receives the coffee as it brews, has a moat at the bottom. It's hard to describe, but basically, the bottom is not flat like other moka coffee makers. Instead, there's a central plateau that rises about three-quarters of an inch from the bottom, and it's surrounded by space (like a moat around a castle) that is less than a baby finger's width. I have no idea why it would have been designed this way, but it means that it's hard to clean in that space. I have a very small brush but even that can't get in there properly. So I rinse out the coffee maker as soon as I'm done brewing, but over time, I might want to give it a good cleaning, which will be a challenge. Maybe soaking it in vinegar will work, although I'm not sure that's a good idea for good-tasting coffee. If this design has a specific purpose, then Grosche should include information in the very tiny and not very useful sheet that comes with the coffee maker, to reassure users that it's a great design feature.
