Are the thin pages likely to rip easily or get torn out of the book?

Definitely not! They have a plastic coating which stops them from being ripped! I have a heavy handed 2 year old and she’s not managed to rip them!

Can you add different books?

No, the book isn’t removable so you can’t change it. There are different books you can purchase though

Why is the animal version for 18months onwards but thecwords version is for 12 months

Not sure, I think this would be suitable from 12 months onwards anyway - at 12 months, baby can play & listen to the sounds; when 18 mths + they start interacting more so they can listen to the facts as well
