The chain isnt the sturdiest, but good for the price. The picture and engravings are clean and well done. A bit hard to open the locket but im hoping that means it will last

This locket is plastic. The engraving and photo look nice. I was hoping for actual metal that will last but it's plastic and very delicate.

The shipping was little slow but again it was international shipping so completely understandable. The pricing was reasonable and came out great. The quality was fairly good for the price.

I received my order within two business days and I am so happy with it! I was a little hesitant of purchasing when I read reviews saying that it was a tad large, but to me, it is perfect! I bought it so I could put a picture of my grandmother in it who passed away two years ago. I plan on wrapping the locket on my wedding bouquet so I can have her with us on our special day. Even though there are other lockets for cheaper, spending a little more on this is worth it. The quality is phenomenal, the weight of it is very light, and you get exactly what you see in the picture. It came in a beautiful little jewelry box and they really took the extra care in packaging so that it wouldn't get ruined during shipping. When I showed my fiance the locket, he even commented on how beautiful it was and for the price, it is so worth it! This is my very first purchase on amazon and I am loving it!

I have updated my review. When I received the heart locket it was beautiful and perfect, but the clasp seemed weak and didn’t snap shut when i inserted my little photo. The owner made attempts to reach out to me to help fix the solution and for this reason I revised my review. Thank-you
