Nabia Cica Serum- Less Visible Fine Lines & Wrinkles with Cica, white lavender, 1.62 Fl Oz

Hi ... am an older gent that has dabbled with face care in the past and each time I did, I went back to just using plain old soap morning and evening because of my extremely oily skin. Other products left me feeling as if oil was dripping off my face and left me with a shiny face that made me feel like a fake, artificial. But this serum left my face feeling natural, clean and with a healthy glow. And it didn’t hurt at all that after a couple of days ... friends and family were asking if i had lost weight ... why I suddenly looked younger ... and what my secret was for the healthy, vibrant glow and vibe that I was now giving off. And in truth as in most things ... if you personally see actual change and/or benefits ... you just want to keep on doing whatever you’ve been doing. And for me ... even without the great comments from friends ... I could literally see the great changes using this serum did to my face. As I said, I was always just a dabbler in this whole face care stuff ... so I have no idea on what it means by having a hydrated face or what my pore status is ... all i can say is that this serum and actually the entire Nabia skin care line is easy to use ... feels like your skin is absorbing easily ... what little scent there is, is pleasant ... and again, most importantly, really seems to work. All in all, I have bought this product for most in my family this Christmas and am for the first time in my life actually recommending and pushing, the use of skin care products all because of this serum and brand!!! ;-)

I've only used once, so I will update later. The lavender scent from lavender oil is a bit strong. I prefer fragrance free skincare for face/neck, since fragrance and even essential oils have no benefit for skin, and can interact with sun, and cause irritation particularly for skin of color. It seems to have some sort of fatty alcohol, but I prefer no alcohol and that if they use fatty alcohol its further down on the list. But like all the other ingredients.

A very hydrating and nourishing face serum. I have tried many Korean skin care products and most have left my face feeling very oily and sticky, but this one is fairly lightweight and great at providing enough moisture for the perfect balance. Love that the serum only contains natural ingredients and absolutely no synthetic fragrance, perfect for my extra sensitive skin. Its pump feature also makes it super convenient to use. Overall, recommend this product!

All in all, I like the Nabia face serum, but it's not the best of any daily moisturizer I've tried. I have pretty dry skin on my face, and the serum gets absorbed quickly but doesn't really have a lasting effect. Keeping in mind that it's called a Daily moisturizer, I understand that it's not meant to be anything more than a temporary fix. Once applied, my skin feels very smooth, and it helps even things out before I apply foundation. I haven't noticed any long-term effects on my skin, but it is effective for day-to-day use. Also, this is worth noting, it has a peculiar scent. Ingredients list lavender, apricot, and anise, but mostly I smell rosemary and sage. It's a very herbal fragrance, so I would mostly recommend this product to men looking for a daily moisturizer. Us ladies tend to like a sweeter, fruitier scent, and this one's particularly earthy.

The improvement is subtle but getting better the longer I use it. Scent is light and not overwhelming, great value and will definitely help me avoid Botox doe a bit longer, lol.

Written by my wife: I am someone with combination skin...I have an oily forehead that breaks out and the lower half of my face dries out easily and needs lots of moisture, especially in winter. I typically have to use two different creams on my face to even things out. Once I started using this face serum, I put it on the entirety of my face to test it out. While it isn’t 100% perfect, it does a pretty impressive job with my skin. It’s hydrating, but not oily, so my forehead never looks greasy and hasn’t broken out at all. The lower half of my face hasn’t been super dry and flaky either. Under my eyes has not been puffy, even when I have bad allergies. My skin feels soft and firm. The directions say to use only a dime size amount for your entire face, which is sort of close to the 2 1/2 pumps I need to use to cover my face and neck. The scent isn’t the best thing I’ve ever smelled, but it isn’t overpowering and it dissipates quickly. It’s not a thick cream, it’s more thin and fluid and soaks in quickly. Overall, I am happy with this product.

Works magically! I have been using it for 2 weeks and my skin feels so hydrated already! I have always had dry patches all over my t-zone and this works perfectly for my skin so far. I loved this product so much that I am going to buy other Nabia skin care products.
