an excellent product at an unbelievable price. this vitamin is so loaded with goodness that it replaced almost all of my supplements which greatly reduced the number of pills i take per day and the dollar per day price. i would pay twice if not four times as much for these.

I have used these vitamins for over ten years. You can take a lesser dose than on the directions. My nutritionist says 1. I take 3. Directions say 4. Great source of all essential vitamins and minerals. I look at least twenty years younger than my calendar age, and my health is excellent. My hair retains its natural color despite my being over seventy. I attribute this in part to the B vitamins in Maxisorb for Men. Cannot recommend this product highly enough.

The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars is that the tablet form, although a bit harder to swallow, it a much better value as the recommended dosage for tablet form is 2 tablets, whereas the dosage for the vcaps is 4 capsules since the ingredients aren't as densely packed and the caps are slightly smaller than the tabs.If you do your research on vitamins, such as learning at least half of the Vitamin A if not all should be Beta Carotene to avoid build-up, amongst other recommendations, you will see the particular formulation of this vitamin is well thought out. A lot of the ingredients at the bottom are in such trace amounts though I almost think they were put in more for marketing purposes. But overall I have not found a better formulation that jives with what the studies and doctor recommendations tell you.I take half the recommended dosage (1 instead of 2 tablets) as it is more than enough. As recent studies have shown there is little evidence that taking multi-vitamins everyday really provides any significant benefit. I look at it as more of an 'insurance policy' just to be sure I AM getting enough of all the key nutrients. If you eat a well balanced diet, its negligible whether you need a multi-vitamin or not. If you want one, this is an excellent choice.The Runner Up is Nature Made Multi For Him. Another excellent formulation and an excellent value. But I personally prefer the balance of ingredients in this product a little better. I looked at, at least 15 other multi-vitamins and none of them came close to being as complete and properly formulated as these two.

While these vitamins are high quality, the photo on Amazon is not accurate as it seems the product has been reformulated. The iodine no longer is sourced from kelp and is instead in the form of potassium iodide. The B12 is in the form of methylcobalamin, not dibencozide. Dibencozide is a far superior form of B12, it is a dimer of adenosylcobalamin – the most widely-used form in your body. This new formulation also does not have the enzyme blend and neither does it have the Aloe extract mentioned in the photos for this Amazon listing.I have bought this multi numerous times and always because it contains dibencozide. Now I will find another product.

I take this vitamin a long time. It is very good and health because is natural made. My wife, thath is doctor, found to me because I ate so little meat.

My husband uses these daily, and I cannot remember the last time he was sick! The price on these are way better than our local stores.
