nice pump
Nice powerful pump only problem I had was it is a Canadian product and not carried in USA. I was not able to get any help with questions locally but the mfgr was helpful

Good product, damaged in shipping. TWICE!
The shippers damaged the pump, maybe they need to be more careful or better packaging.

Low quality
Pump and tank arrived damaged in an undamaged box. Hardware and hoses were loosely fit. Overall quality is poor. My old harbor freight pump was higher quality.

Leaky joints, no contact for service!
I bought this pump because, after research online, found it to be preferred over box store choices like flotec. It arrived july 3rd 2nd day air (to Alaska, no less- Amazon Prime kicks butt!!) and after a full day of trying to seal a leaky factory joint, found myself without options on Independence Day. Now it's 2 days of screwing around with a "quality" product. Today I went to the Red Lion website, and not only was there no contact information, but their list of approved service centers were all in Canada. It's now at a local plumber's shop on my dime. Three days without water, tons of frustration and an extra $100+. NOT TOO COOL.By the way, two of my neighbors bought flotec from Home Depot and after installing flawlessly have had no problems after 3 and 5 years. I'm such a fool...
