Okay, today is my 7th day taking these pills (2 pills morning and 2 pills night ) . No side affects at all, thank goodness! I was worried about getting nausea since I’m usually sensitive to hormonal supplements mainly estrogen or phytoestrogens . Note that I am hoping that shatavari can help with my PCOS symptoms, menstrual related and hormonal, as well as acne. Etc... Prior to taking these pills my face had broken out in acne really bad, I was about to resort to taking accutane for a second round. 4 days in, and my skin cleared up about 90%. I am amazed! I also got my menstrual cycle on day 6 of starting the pills. Which happenes to be two weeks early. I’m even considering not starting on accutane anymore. I think these shatavri capsules are all I needed to regulate my hormones and kill off the acne. I’m praying on it! So far so good... I’ll keep you all updated!! 15 day update: I love these pills and really feel that they are regulating my hormones. Even my mood has improved, little things that usually agitated me easily, no longer phase me. I feel happy and content throughout the day. My depression and anxiety has calmed. I noticed my breasts slightly sore but today I lowered the dosage from 2 pills twice a day to 2 pills once a day, only because I began taking vitamin a in the mornings to help with acne. Final review : I stopped taking these pills because they made my periods completely come to a stop. I have only had one period since starting these pills and that been in the past 4 months. They also made me feel bloated all the time. Other then that, I feel great, I do not suffer from post party’s anxiety or depression anymore. I really think these pills cured that. I’m still giving it 5 stars !

I highly recommend this for anyone who has issues with their period. I lost mine for 4 years after being on birth control. I first started with artichoke extract (it did help but it did eventually lead to break through bleeds so I stopped, it does work great for some though) and NOW progesterone cream (doubled up on the dosage daily, used it every day, and it helped bring back my period after not having one). Once I started having a light period I added in Shatarvi. My periods started coming in but I was having a lot of hormonal acne and blood clots. I stayed consistent with this, iodine, and chastetree and my period is finally normal, my vaginal dryness is gone, almost all blood clots are gone, my acne has improved, and my period has come on time with manageable cramps and mood. I also have a large amount of lobido, which disappeared after completely with birth control. Now my next step is track my ovulation so my hubby and I can finally have a baby after 5 years. 😭 stay away from birth control at all costs. It has caused me so much heartache. I suffered with hyperthyroidism for a while & was physically going through a lot. I bought these hoping it would help my symptoms. It didn’t make the hot flashes go away but it didn’t make them worse either. Although I did feel a huge difference in my body! But what..? I struggled with getting pregnant & staying pregnant. I had lost two pregnancies before taking this. My fiancé & I gave up on trying. Trying to heal my body & spirit, I started taking better care of myself in many different ways. So I began taking a lot of supplements. This was one of them. After 3 times of ordering this product, I seriously believe this is what allowed me to get pregnant!!! This stuff works ok. You have to take 4 a day and it only reduces th amount of hot flashes you have . But well worth it if you are having 10 or 12 hot flashes a day (or more) I can live with 2-5

This changed my life, I’m in the mid 40’s and started with bad moods, painful periods and hot flashes or being in the freezing side and as soon as I started taking this my life changed, I also take ashwaganda and helps with the stress but no more moodiness, no more being hot or freezing, my periods got back to normal and just being normal I guess, I stoped taking them for a month and then all came back so I’m Back taking the every day.

This was recommended from a friend as I am almost completely in menopause. I am 52 years old. Not only did it decrease any slight anxiety I had, it also took my libido back to pre menopause, and also reversed any dryness I was experiencing. Highly recommend!

As is in the description and images, the product is supposed to be of 90 tablets. However the delivered items were all of 60 tablets.

The glass bottle was shattered and all the supplements were mixed with the glass bits. It was bubble wrapped. Please exchange this bottle.

This is good quality and high potency. I have only recently tried Shatavari as I received a 10 capsule bottle of another brand to try and then ordered this when that ran out. I’ve not taken it long enough to know what the full benefits will be but it certainly lifts my mood. Seems a good price too.
