Q: As it is suggested to keep the probiotics under 74 degrees, isn't there a danger of the product going bad being delivered in the current summer heat?

Our Dr. Formulated Once Daily Men's Probiotics product is shelf stable and comes in a desiccant-lined bottle, so it does not require refrigeration. We simply recommend storing this product in a cool, dry place (like a cupboard or pantry). However, because of the high levels of probiotics we use in the beginning stages of manufacturing, even if the product is warm for a few days during shipment our potency promise remains intact. Q: If i remove the capsules from the #7 plastic container and put them in a glass jar (to avoid the bpa), should i refrigerate them?

We recommend storing your Dr. Formulated Once Daily Men's and Women's Probiotics (Shelf Stable) capsules in the container, as the desiccant-lined bottle the product comes in is made with patented shelf-stable technology which guarantees optimal potency through expiration.
