I used this for removing a dent from a baseball, it worked good on the dent but not so well for dents in a panel seam I had to work the seam from behind. Overall all the glue sticks worked and the supplied tools worked fine as well

The glue is ok the black comes off easier then the clear or yellow but they both can only hold so long and pull loose before dent is removed tried over and over and got the dents a little out . Big problem was the golden bridge puller snapped the cast metal on inside just snapped and I have arthritis and could not squeeze to hard on handle. And the golden bridge is the best puller in set . Slide hammer always came off to soon

The glue gun is a piece of crap quit working after 30 minutes. Go to Walmart and get a glue gun before you start!!

Hope this works out for me, but Amazon delivered this used, missing two glue sticks and instructions. Not sure even about the bag it came in.

Did an amazing job pulling dent out of rear panel of my S2000!

1. It works but watch a whole bunch of YouTube videos first to learn from others first.2. I am a novice dent remover and have never done this before.3. I removed two difficult dents caused by careless people who opened their car door into my car which had been totally dent free after 6 years. One dent landed on a body line that was very difficult to eliminate. The other dent has a 3 inch crease on curved rear quarter panel.4. Both dents removed after 30 pulls each. Amazingly, once the pressure points relieved, the sharper dents pulled out without any paint damage.5. You need to use the hammer to tap down high spots. I was worried that tapping down on metal would create more dents, but it didn't because you need to use many firm taps over and over with patience.6. Be patient. You will need many attempts at pulling and tapping. Try all the tools in this kit. There is the yellow leverage device, a reverse hammer/puller, and a bridge device. There is a learning curve.7. As a novice, it took me one hour to pull each dent, but it was fun.8. Be patient. As you see each dent improving, you will be motivated to keep going. As you near perfection, don't compromise, just keep going. You will know when it is like factory new when the reflection is even without distortion. If you want, draw dark striped lines on white paper and put against your repair zone to see if the reflection is accurate or if distorted. If distorted, don't compromise and accept second best, just be patient and keep pulling and keep tapping high spots back down. Then recheck.9. Two types of glue sticks were provided: black and clear yellow. I only used the black one because I read that it is the stickier one.10. The glue gun is higher wattage than cheaper ones, so it heats faster and more evenly.11. I used the many different sized plastic tabs but found the smallest ones to be the most useful.12. I used many different shapes of the black tap down tips, but found the smallest and sharpest tips to be the most useful.13. You really need the hammer with tap down device. Don't buy a kit that does not have one.14. None of my pull tabs broke even after 60 uses each. Make sure you pull tabs straight up and not at a weird angle.15. I was quoted over $600 to fix two dents. This kit paid for itself after the first dent was removed. Now I am going to fix dents from friends and family.16. Only negative: I wish this kit had more of the small tabs and even smaller tabs for tiny hail stone dents.17. Good quality tools. I don't know how this compares to professional tools, but it was good enough for a beginner like me.18. Be patient and don't give up. If you can move a dent even a little bit, the rest will follow. Just be patient. As a result, I saved $600, and did not have to remove parts to push the dents from the inside.19. Most important: Fix metal on a warm day. The metal flows better when warm.20. Have fun. This kit is worth it.

First up,the delivery was unbelievably fast. Then when I opened the box every thing was packaged nicely in a strong toolbar. I opened everything and was really impressed by the professional quality of everything. This kit is no different than the one my brother uses in his autobody shop. The glue gun is also top of the line,producing 100 watts, not 20 watts like many other brands, which take 3 times the time to heat up the glue stick, which in turn causes the outer side of the glue to start cooling which in turn allows for poorer adherence for pulling the dent out. This kit has everything you need to make it simple to pull out any dent. You cannot buy this type of quality at any type of automotive retail store. A very good kit with lots of pieces to get the correct size for your dent. The only down fall is the glue really does not grab enough. End up re gluing the same ding several times to pull it out. Both glue sticks seem the same other than color. All that said I have easily paid for the kit on one car. Would buy again.

Ordered a used dent removall kit and when received, it looked brand new. I used it to pull 3 dents and it worked like a charm.the weather was cold so I heated the area with a heat gun and pulled several times to remove a larger dent as single pull only partially pulled the dent out. Worked great, super happy

Quality is good for the price you pay. Kind a happy! it is expensive but I need it anyways.
