Quick fix for a sore throat
In my experience, this is dynamite for a sore throat! If my throat feels sore in the evening, I spray this at the back of my throat, go to sleep, & wake up in the morning without a sore throat!

I literally live by these to sooth a sore throat. Truly, it is the most effective thing I've ever tried. If I run out when I am sick (like I just did) I am running out to get more. They used to sell locally but are no longer so I get them here.

Ich finde das Spray nicht so toll wie das reine Propolisspray von Bee&You. Wirkt bei mir nicht ganz so gut gegen Halsentzündungen und ist vom Geschmack nicht so gut wie das Propolisspray.
