Hi. There are no labels on the garment at all, either for washing care or if fire proof. The website says wash at 30 degrees though. I would assume it isn't fire proof based on the material it is made of, fur collar, organza cape and glitter.However, it is absolutely beautifully made, looks stunning on and one of the best costumes I have ever bought for a child. Like the previous reviewer, I would suggest not allowing any child near a naked flame/fire especially around halloween as the cape is very light weight and blows in the wind. Hope this helps!

No idea. It never arrived...and I ordered it months ago. I suspect it's coming from China so they may have have other things on their minds....
