The Extreme Thermal Pad is a ready to use high end thermal pad. These are custom cut to a smaller, more applicable size. This line of thermal pads are much more effective than stock pads. With a 11.0 watt/mk thermal conductivity these pads will pull heat away from your important components with ease and allow for overclocking as well! These pads can be used for a wide variety of applications including laptops, gaming consoles, voltage regulators, memory ICs and much more. Both sides have a protective plastic that can be peeled once ready to apply. reduced temps dramatically, make sure you know the thickness you need
I have now repasted and replaced the thermal pads on my wifes and my video cards as well as our third comp used as a server for 7 days. All 3 cards now run at least 10 C lower temp than they used to when new. I just ordered this again because my buddy now wants his card repasted and new pads applied after seeing how cool our comps run. All I can say is make sure you do your research for your application and order the correct thickness. As long as you do that you will not be dissappointed.

Works amazing!
I bought this because they fm modulator was over heating, I took the radio out and applied it the heat coils imprinted on printed circuit board. Otherwise it would overheat after 3 minutes of playing a radio station. After almost 2 hrs 9f 0oaying one radio station, it never over heated, not once.

Excellent large-gap filling thermal pads!
This is actually a putty, packaged in a sheet, so you have to be careful not to stretch or compress these, but once in place, moderate force to a heat sink will compress it down to fill in gaps and irregularities very well. Not recommended for a tight filing, flat heat sink, but when you have parts at different heights, just get the thickness that it bigger than the gap you need to fill, and it will compress pretty well.

Appears to function as advertised and has good thermal conductivity
Used for a thermal mod on the GPD Pocket laptop. Appears to function as advertised and has good thermal conductivity. Fairly expensive for the amount of pad provided, but certainly is of good quality.

Better than the ctock pads.
I bought this to replace the stock pads on my 2 year old laptop. it is hard to say exactly how much difference this made, because I upgraded the thermal paste as well, but I used this on the VRAM and the VRM and overall got back 5-10deg C. That was enough to keep from thermal throttling at load. One thing you will notice if you have used the blue stuff, this looks less like a foamy pad, and more like modeling clay. And this one pad was just enough to redo my entire laptop. You may want to have a bit of blue stuff for non essential parts just in case.

No noticable difference from thermal paste
I use a thermal paste with thermal conductivity of 7.4 W/mk. The temperature after testing was exactly the same as with the thermal grease and thermal conductivity of 7.4 W/mk. I was expecting some difference in temperature but there was none.

Love it.
This stuff is very nice! You don't really need to cut it with a cutter or so, you can almost treat it as putty and apply it over the components you need to cool. It was very effective on my laptop, reduced temperatures by 10C.
