This is a great Phone Holder that works perfect for my Truck and keeps the Phone in a nice location for viewing my Navigation app. I tried the type of phone mount that clips in the Air Vent but I live in a rural area with sometimes bumpy rodes, the air vents move still even when the phone is clipped, and eventually, the vibration would cause the phone mount to dislodge on me. Phones are expensive, car mounts aren't. This mount has an adhesive pad and also clips in between the two edges of the stock bezel of the truck. The benefits of this phone mount are that the phone is no longer attached to the flap of your car's air vent and also the phone no longer blocks the air vent's articulation. Inserting the phone is easy. The only Con which is not really an issue for myself is that the mount is meant to be used in portrait orientation not landscape orientation, but it's my opinion that navigation apps are meant to be viewed in portrait to get better view of the road conditions ahead by taking advantage of the longer screen length (resolution) in portrait view. This is an affordable solution and I recommend it as budget solution.

Just got this car phone holder for my Ford Expedition, and it’s honestly one of the best little gadgets I’ve bought in a while! 🚗📱 It’s super easy to set up – no fussing around, just snap it above the air vent, and it holds the phone perfectly. The grip is secure, so I don’t have to worry about my phone falling, even on bumpy roads or sharp turns. One of the best parts? It doesn't block air flow from the air vent! The angle adjustability is also great as I can tilt it to the perfect spot for GPS without taking my eyes off the road. It’s affordable and reliable. Definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a safe, hands-free setup!

So far, this is the best phone holder I have ever owned. It fits in my F150 perfectly and the mechanism for putting the phone in and out is great. No weird phone attachments needed. I’d buy it again. My only issue is that the ball joint start d slipping within a day or two so the phone would drop down no matter how tight I secured it. I ended up needing to super glue the joint into the position I wanted and now it works great. I just can’t adjust it. With that in mind, it’s a great design.

This has the potential to be a really great phone mount but as is, it falls short. I'll start with the positives. The installation was very simple and it has a custom look as it fits the trim perfect. Now the cons: The mounting leaves the phone just a bit too low and therefore blocking the ac vent somewhat. My concern with this is the change from ambient temp to having cold ac blasted directly on it may cause issues. Secondly, I need all that air flow for me. If the arm for the ram style mount brought the phone a couple inches higher we'd be in business. As has been mentioned, this mount does not work with cases. I noticed after purchasing that the manufacturer actually recommended removing the phone from the case before using the mount. I'm sorry but who does that? My case isn't very thick, but it won't fit in the holder... I decided to give in and try it without the case and the phone just kinda flops around in the holder. Not secured at all. I can kinda make it work with my case, but I can't secure it one handed. I'm likely going to be returning this and going back to my magnetic mount. Also.. The attempt to make it an air freshener also seems kinda misplaced. Why? Take that off for updated versions.

This is a great mount for the F150. Not too far away from driver seat, not taking up a cup holder, not far from line of site while driving (because you know your gonna look), no suction cup falling off, no bouncy extension arm, easy one handed operation (drop phone in and it holds, lift it right out and go), doesn't block the air vent (it actually catches just enough air coming from the top of the vent that it keeps the phone cool even while sitting in the heat from the windshield), phone even fits with a decent sized case on it. The only downside to this mount is that it can't be turned sideways; the phone will fall out.

Perfect fit for a F-150. But it’s useless because you can’t have any case on your phone or it won’t fit. It’s made for a phone with no case….. who doesn’t have a case now a days! Terrible design! It’s sad cuz it would be perfect but I’m not taking my phone out of my case every time to use it.

This thing is great! A great, simple, no frills cell phone holder. Will not work on thicker cases. I have s20+ with a tech 21 case and it works fantastic. Does not make noise, keeps phone where I want it and is pretty much out of the way and doest really impact air vent.

I like the product, it works very well was suoer easy to install and looks good, if i had anything negative to say it would be the chager plug does not fit into the prongs on the lower arm so the phone sits on top of it, but it really does not cause an issue. I recomend this product.

We tried several other phone holders that didn’t work in our Ford F150 so I finally searched for one that was made just for F150s and this works perfectly!

Brilliant mount as it does not interfere with vent, but phone sits too high and doesn't allow use of a case. What a waste of a good idea.

This had the potential to be the best phone holder but the reality is if you use a phone case it won't fit in the holder at all. And I don't know too many people who don't use a phone case.

Does not work with Lifeproof phone case. Had to rip rubber off bottom to try and get phone to fit. Cannot charge while driving in this phone case. Looks good for fit but would not have bought had I known it wouldn’t be able to use as intended. If you don’t have a thick case then it will be ok for you. But if you have a life proof or otter box don’t recommend. Also doesn’t hold for long and will keep falling off.
