Lots of shredded root
I did not realize that this was going to be shredded licorice root. I'm trying all kinds to find the best and this is not one of them. I expected chopped root, like I had from others. Did not prefer this at all.

Disappointing
Flowing instructions exactly, I found the tea had very little and poor flavor. Perhaps because it appears to be expired. It was received February 4th, 2022, but it says “Exp SEP 30 2021” with no return options available. ~$15 for 2oz of expired tea is clearly disappointing.

Give it that extra minute
The flavor is wonderful. I love it after its cooled down from the hot! It needs a bit more 'seeping' than other teas but the extra minute is worth the wait!
