So hard to grow in quantity, but so easy to open a jar when you need some!
Everyone in my family adds some form of hot sauce or peppers to almost everything. I had used them for Emeril's Spicy Rigatoni recipe which only called for 4 tablespoons, but I noticed the jar was almost empty ! So the guys had hit the Sanniti Crush Italian Calabrian Chili Peppers jar as well as the hot sauce. That means it is good.

It’s perfect for pasta and seafood dishes
The oil in the jar stained my quartz countertop and white cutting board. Red dye in it? Idk but I am complaining about that but it was cleanable with my secret cleaner that comes with the counter tops.

Spicy & Tasty
I wanted to kick up the heat level for pizza and other Italian dishes so I got these peppers to try out. By themselves, these peppers have a nice kick to them without being overpowering. They have a good flavor and are packed in sunflower oil which has picked up the flavor and heat too.Adding them into a pasta or pizza sauce distributes the heat through the sauce and adds that pepper flavor to the dish. These can also spread on a crostini with cheese for a spicy appetizer. Lots of uses for these. I liked them and will get more when I finish these off.

Don't need much to add a kick!
Perfect kick for pasta dishes or anything you want to add some spice to! The oil and pepper spread quickly and easily in a sauce and you don't need much to add a good kick. I overestimated the first time I used it with two heaping spoonfuls and while my husband and I loved it, it was like pure spice and we were sniffling and sipping milk while slurping our pasta lolYou really don't need much to add a good flare of heat to a dish!

Too many peels!
What I did not like about this product was the amount of peels that were in the crushed mixture. It would have been better if the chile peppers could have been roasted and de-peeled before crushing.

Tastes great in pasta dishes
This is a more tasty alternative to crushed red pepper flakes in your pasta dishes. I initially saw this in a Giadiia de Laurentiis recipe video and decided to give it a try. It's clearly more expensive, but if you're looking to impress give this a try!
