It works… but
Just did a Spartan Beast- 13 miles on a ski slope can make every muscle cry out in pain… but… this stuff worked!! Cramps went away within minutes- allowing me to walk less and run more. BUT… it literally tastes like when you burp vomit inside your mouth!! At no point did the thought of espresso cross my mind (that’s the “flavor” I had). I literally gagged each time I took one, then was overwhelmed by the awful taste of this very liquidy product. Don’t get me wrong- I will keep using it because it worked… but I would not wish this taste on anyone… except for Brian… Brian is a tool.

Nasty Taste
Bad taste. Difficult to swallow. Seemed to help with cramps. Pickle juice a much more palatable choice.

The taste is unique
In one word gag . Taste terrible, no way did I taste espresso, more like hot mustard pickle in a bad way. Used this on 14 mile Spartan Beast to get up the last climb. The shot made me cough and gag the rest of the way, didn't expect that taste. Had one earlier and was less gross lol. But it did WORK so.... thank you crampfix
