Should have gotten the high yield, but still an amazing toner for our small business. The shipping time on this was quicker otherwise I would've gotten the High Yield version, my fault for not planning ahead!

I HATE buying toner but if you have to buy it
I HATE buying toner but if you have to buy it, buy the real stuff! Works like it should and excellent print quality.

Total Crap
To begin, I am using Color LaserJet Enterprise M553 for my small business. I use a tad bit heavier cardstock (110lb) than what the printer specifies but I've never had a problem with running it until about 7 months of use which is where I am at in February of 2020. I've run just over a few thousand prints and have only used HP toner. It's pure crap. I have tried other HP products (even more expensive ones and newer ones) and they all seem to have card jams with even their specified weight that is "approved by HP." Support for HP is a joke at best. Because my printer is "obsolete" after only having it for less than one year (purchased from an OfficeMax), they provided no support but tried to be nice by advising I should only use specified HP paper which is not available at OfficeMax or local office supply stores, only comes in white, and has to be ordered online. I use a good quality paper by Neenah, Classic Crest. It's expensive but it comes in many colors with matching envelopes which is what my business needs. For whatever reason, solid colors have just started printing splotchy and I can find no resolution. I will NEVER EVER recommend an HP product EVER ... even if they paid me.

L'expérience m'a appris qu'on doit utiliser le toner original d'HP pour une imprimante HP pour ne pas avoir des problèmes d'impression. L'inconvénient est que ce toner est extrèmement cher.

However, way too expensive. Hard finding alternative that works. Tried two other popular alternative cartridges.. simply did not work.
