I bought a Panasonic ES8109S Men's 3-Blade (Arc 3) Wet/Dry Nanotech Rechargeable Electric Shaver with Vortex Cleaning System, Silver in 2011 for my husband. Neither of us realized the importance of replacing the foil, and I have to admit we didn't thoroughly read the user manual (which recommends replacing the foil every year and the blades every 2 years.) Consequently, although we replaced the inner blades Panasonic WES9068PC Electric Razor Replacement Inner Blade for men -- for about $17 after about a year, we didn't replace the foil, and the shaver began pulling hair, causing painful shaving, as well as being very noisy.We thought maybe the shaver was just wearing out, as another inner blade replacement didn't seem to help much, so I looked up Panasonic's support site and found our specific model at http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/ES8109S.html. At the bottom of the page is a link for a downloadable user manual (http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/ES8109-MUL.PDF), so we read about the recommendation to replace the foil every year. While searching Amazon for the foil, I ran across this kit -- it was less than $4 dollars more than the foil alone -- it's a great savings over buying separate inner blades and the foil! The complete kit installed in less than a minute (not counting the time trying to get the d@m# thing out of the blister package) -- and the result was like having a brand new shaver! For my husband's tough beard, it's worth the price to install the complete kit every year: it keeps the shaver working much more efficiently, comfortably, and even more quietly!

Fits perfect and runs quietly. Shave is very close.

I ordered this for replacement on my ES-ST2N which I bought in Japan many years ago. High quality and works perfectly. My shaver works like new now :)

Before I purchased this I read through the other customer reviews. Some said that it was worthless because it didn't fit their razor, but they didn't say what razor they had, so I could not make a determination if I would have that problem too. The package said that it fit my razor - the model ES8103 Wet/Dry razor. So, I bought this replacement pack.I have had my ES8103 razor for several years and never replaced the foil or cutting blades. Recently, the foil developed a small hole in one spot and it was getting bigger. It was digging my face in some sensitive areas, so the shave was not very good any more. That is why I decided to replace both the foil and the cutting blades. The foil is available on Amazon for around $22 and this pack that included the foil and blades was only $28 so for a few dollars more, I got the blades too.It came this morning via Fedex and I immediately took the blister pack apart - Please manufacturers - these blister packs are terrible to get open. You need a really good pair of scissors and you can cut yourself on the plastic. I hate blister packs!Anyway, this set fit my razor perfectly. I gave myself a shave and it there was so much different from my old foil/cutters that I thought I had a new razor. I don't know if it was the new foil or the blades, but the combination made my razor work like new. Great shave without gouging my face.So for my Panasonic ES8103 razor - this replacement pack fit and works perfectly. It gets 5-stars from me.
