Works Great
I performed a microdermabrasion facial on my husband and he loved the feel and results of his facial. The machine works perfectly as described. I can't wait to try out the other features such as removing the blackheads. Worth the investment.

Instructions - Seller Fixed! Great Seller
I am in the process still of trying to figure everything out here. The instructions are pretty non-existent in the package. After I figure it out I will use it and update my review if I have anything else to add. If you are not the biggest techie person, this could frustrate you.EDIT: Originally I rated 3 stars because I didn't know how to use this, however the Sellers got back to me right away and sent a PDF with instructions. Great customer service, so I bumped up a star to a 4. I will use the device and update my review further. Thank you so much to the seller.

What it doesn't do, but I assumed it did.
With the diamond disks, I assumed they spin to exfoliate the skin, but they don't. The exfoliating is done by manual movement as you slide the disks along the surface of your skin. My hand held egg foot exfoliator is much more effective. I've only had this for a couple days so have only done one facial so far. That was nice.

Spa quality but poor assembly directions
Was amazed at the quality and weight of this equipment. There were sub par directions for assembly and use. Had to consult with a skin technician on how to assemble.

Poorly written instructions
Was so disappointed in this product because the manual included seemed to be for a different unit. There were parts in the box not even mentioned in the manual and items mentioned in the manual that were not in the box. The unit seemed to be of decent quality; no broken parts. You can tell whoever wrote the instructions was not totally fluent in English. Was looking forward to trying out a home unit. Will have to keep looking.

Seems to work great. Had to find the video on Amazon on how to put it together, but otherwise all is good.
