A long haul travel must-have
My husband and I just came back from our "trip of a lifetime," NYC to Auckland, NZ, a 17 hour flight (15 hour return)! I was really worried about how the trip would affect our first few days in New Zealand, especially since my husband has always been uncomfortable in economy class and has never been able to sleep on a plane. I looked into an upgrade to business class, but it was thousands of dollars. I couldn't do that, but I could get the best travel pillow on the market, the Travelrest Nest. The pillow design is a game-changer. The angled back of the pillow fits against the seat on the plane so it places you comfortably. The pillow and the seat are not fighting each other. Then, the extra tall sides of the pillow actually work to stabilize your neck, preventing any wobbles or the dreaded "crick" in the neck. It was super comfortable for sleeping.I also loved that the pillow comes with a bag that helps you compress the pillow when not in use. It's easy to stuff the pillow in and then you can fold it again to reduce the size quickly and easily. Again, when you're stuck in economy class, this sort of innovation is a game-changer, as ever square inch is precious! My only complaint is really with the airline, not the pillow. The cabin was overly warm and so the soft fleece fabric of the pillow added to the feeling of being overheated and stuffy. Everyone in the cabin was hot, so I don't think the pillow was to blame, but I did feel like I needed to cool off during the flight and the pillow was the first thing to go.Overall, I found this pillow to be a miracle worker. We were able to sleep (even my husband!) and we felt refreshed enough to enjoy day-one in NZ! I would love to be able to pay for business class, but short of that, I highly recommend the Travelrest pillow. It's a secret weapon for the common man!

which one do you choose?
It work as design but too hot for summer time. The material isn't breathable.THe comfort level is 100% I really enjoy it.also its a bit bulky but I guess that is the trade off.. comfort vs portability. which one you value more

So terrific a gift that I bought one myself!
Read about this in NYT Wirecutter. Purchased for a friend who is new to travel. She raved so much about how comfortable it was and how comfortable it was, that I bought one myself. I used it recently and love the little bag it goes in. Worked well for a red eye flight. Compact.

Rest in Peace
This Travelrest pillow is the best it has comfort sturdiness fits perfectly around the neck area helps to relieve neck pain and diminish stress. I love it so much I use it every night for added comfort at bedtime. At first I didn’t care for the string attachment until I realized I needed it because I have lost a couple of travel pillows before. So if you’re looking for pain relief a good deal for your money and a long lasting travel partner this Travelrest pillow is it

Too big for me but nice materials
I am a reasonably normal sized adult (5' 9" woman) but this was too big and bulky for me. The sides pressed on my ears and the back was bulky enough that I couldn't rest comfortably against an airplane seat with it. However, the materials are nice (the microfiber cover feels soft and good) so if you have a longer neck or like bulk, it might be great.

Soft but Great Support
Feels great. Looking forward to using it on our next trip. Sides are pretty high so may not work for shorter necks

Hot, cramped, crowded is how I feel wearing this. Not comfortable.
If you want a cramped pillow style this one is for you. It’s not thin enough in the back still for airplane head rests so it pushes you forward. It comes up way too high on the sides of your neck so good luck wearing over ear pillows comfortably at the same time. Because of these things it is very warm to use too. It does make for a decent iPad stand if you want to raise your iPad up to watch something while on the plane, hence the two stars. But why pay so much for a stupid iPad lifter? You can’t store it in its case either so it still takes up a lot of room.

Stabilizes my head better than any I have ever used!
I really liked the fact that this pillow had two major advantages over other neck support-sleep aids for long flights. It isn't easy to rest of get sleep in economy coach due to the cramped conditions. This pillow is soft, but when I wrap it around my neck, my neck can't move much and I can relax and my head will stay in one position. I really liked the fact that it can be compressed in a carry-bag to be stowed when I don't need it. The back side of this pillow also has a rougher edge that prevents it from slipping on the back of the airline seat. It is the best I have come across in 25 years of overseas vacation travel.Down sides are that it covers my ears somewhat and I couldn't get my Bose noise-cancelling over the ears headset on very well. It was awkward, as I also need to get rid of the fairly loud engine noise! (only thing worse would be NO engine noise...)I had two choices: use the tine AirPod noise cancelling headphones… or cut a small rounded notch into the pillow. I did cut the notch and it works great - my neck stays stable AND the noise is significantly abated. I wish the manufacturer would make one with the notch to accommodate headphones. BTW, the cover comes off to clean… or modify the foam. Win-win!Has kept
