I have seen some reviews saying that this GEL is sticky, or that it burns...even 1 star reviews because "it smells funny". But the thing is...this is a treatment...a medicine...so it does not smell like roses, and it's not going to be your most 15 minutes of the day while you roll it on your scrapes, cuts and pimples because: Yes. It burns. Yes. It is sticky. Because it is disinfecting, exfoliating, toning and moisturizing all at the same time!!! So who cares what it smells like? I know that's the last thing on my mind while I shimmy into the bikini I finally get to wear thanks to this product! And the "Sticky" seems to me like a breakthrough in skin care. You can actually witness this TREATMENT doing it's job because it clings to your imperfections (like ingrown hairs, clogged pores and general acne) while you roll it on. Then everything kinda comes out together if you massage it with a cotton towel or some cotton gloves. Afterwards, your skin begins to feel unclogged, super-clean and baby-smooth. I also noticed that my skin gained it's elasticity back which is kind of a miracle for me because I have been struggling with all kind of random skin problems after failing to take care of a giant scar on my head properly. Also, People tend to look for some magic, aromatic, princess potion that's going to wrap around them by itself and sing songs while it fixes all their problems without them having to do a thing. This will not work if you don't read the directions (which are pretty simple) and actually follow through with using it every day and making sure to cover all the parts of your body that you take hair off of. The body is holistic. So if you roll this on one leg and forget the other, it will simply not work as well for both legs...because it will be left uneven. It will take a long time to spread the gel, it will sting if you get it in a sensitive spot, and it will smell like a normal medical substance for curing a skin disorder. I wanna say it will take a long time to see results, but I honestly began to see the change within 24 hours of the first time I used it. I don't know how they came up with this stuff, but I am very grateful to have stumbled upon it. I was very close to giving up on my skin issues.

I strongly recommend this product if you have sensitive skin after haircuts or shaving. It works great on prevention but also to help alleviate bumps and ingrown hairs after they appear. Works well on pimples also. I use this after every shave and haircut. My wife would not let me give it five stars because it does have a strong, medication type smell that she does not like. Personally, I would rather smell a little funny in order to not feel the itch and pain of ingrown hairs.

You guys with curly hair know what I'm talking about. Ingrown hairs from shaving. The irritation, the itching, the little skin infections dotting your face. This is why you should by this product. No lie; as an African American man, not a day went by when I was younger where I DIDN'T have skin issues from shaving. I washed my face and exfoliated constantly. It helped, but it wasn't a solution, and I tried EVERYTHING, even the expensive women's skin care products you find at make-up counters. No dice. But once I discovered this, my problems were over. Even IF I get an ingrown hair these days, it never turns into a pimple. Winter or summer, rain or shine, outdoor activities or lounging, this stuff normalized my skin and made shaving the easy, trouble-free experience all those shaving commercials make it out to be. Oh, I know what you're thinking: "$20 for a little 4 oz. bottle of skin juice?!" Get over it. The price is VERY reasonable compared to all the other useless crap you probably slap on your face already, and a little goes a long way; I buy maybe two of these every year. Trust me: BUY THIS PRODUCT. I wish someone has introduced me to this stuff when I was younger. It would have saved me a lot of time, money and effort dealing with ingrown hairs.

I can't believe I went my whole life not knowing about this. Listen up women of color, women with thick hair, women with ingrown hair problems, women who hate shaving their bikini line because it gets itchy or bumpy....THIS....is a miracle in a bottle. I am a biracial woman who has always suffered from hyper-pigmentation. I have a tan/medium skin tone, and any time I do *anything* to my skin, I get dark brown spots that last for weeks if not months. When it comes to shaving my bikini line, forget about it. Donezo. Then I started googling and found out that a lot of w.o.c. use this in their underarms to combat darkening. I don't know how it works, but it works. The dark spots I had from previous shaves have faded, no new ones have formed, I'm not itchy, and I have no bumps! I made the mistake of going on vacation without this stuff and the first time I shaved without it I could feel the difference. So uncomfortable. I couldn't recommend this more highly and i hope they come up with some sorta hyper-pigmentation serum that I can use on my face. If I get desperate enough...I might even try this. lol
