FrogTape is my go-to for not only painting, but for labeling stuff in my kitchen. Fist for painting, this is a very high quality tape for trim and edges. This is a premium painters tape, I assume to be compared with the Scotch brand blue painter's tape. They're pretty similar in adhesive ability and both are great for sharp edges. I do think FrogTape works a little better, in my opinion. Sometimes this is needed and other times, just a lower end painter's tape is OK. But when you need super sharp edges, I think the way to go is FrogTape. I also use this to label random things in the kitchen. Frozen foods in ziplock bags, random items in jars, etc. This sticks well and black magic marker looks great agains the green color.

FrogTape is hands down the best painter’s tape I’ve used. It really lives up to its reputation! I used it for a couple of home projects, and the lines came out so clean and crisp. The tape sticks well to walls and doesn’t peel off paint when removed, which I’ve had issues with in the past with other brands. The best part is the PaintBlock technology, which helps prevent paint from bleeding under the tape, even with a little bit of moisture. It’s a little pricier than regular painter’s tape, but it’s definitely worth the investment for the professional finish it delivers. this is the only tape i will use for painting when i need precision. It works especially well when you need to mask metallic paints that are shiny and you want to keep the shine with no residue left behind.

I always use frog tape never a problem. Just like any tape you can't leave it on the walls for maybe a day or two

The PaintBlock technology really does help create sharp, clean edges with minimal bleed-through. It’s a little pricier than regular tape, but the results are worth it if you care about a neat, professional finish.

I was “voluntold” to help with a painting project and handed this roll of tape like I knew what to do with it. It’s green. It’s sticky. It has something called PAINTBLOCK, which I assumed was a spell but apparently it’s science? There’s also a frog on the label. No explanation. Just a frog. Watching. Anyway, it did its job. Clean lines. No drama. Medium adhesion, which felt like a personal insult but was, apparently, ideal for walls. Would I buy it again? No. Because I never want to paint again.

It doesn't get ANY better than frogs tape. I used to paint for a little side hustle and now I still do alot of painting such as refinishing furniture etc, This is the ONLY tape I will ever trust. Yes it's a bit pricier but it's saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in extra time and work for bleeds or touch up etc. It's never ever removed any of my paint while I peel it off, even if I left it on a little too long, which I DO NOT suggest doing!
