It did nit wirelessly charge as advertised, I had to get their permission to return it? It was only an 8000 and I replaced it with a 12,000 the same size & for $6 less. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

Wireless part of the product does not work! We were very disappointed in this product. My husband purchased a new Garmin watch and the company suggested this product for wireless charging. If you are looking for the wireless option this product is not for you.

I received this as a gift this Christmas. Its not a great looking powerbank. Very plain. However, whatever it lacks in design, it makes up for other things.First off, it's light. Extremely light. I currently have powerbanks that are smaller than this but I refuse to bring it everywhere I go since they're heavy. This one is even lighter than my phone!It charges my phone quickly. Ive come to learn that whatever you use with your gadgets, as much as possible try to use original cords. Efficiency of pairing original cord with chargers makes a whole lot of difference.At first, i thought that the wireless charging didnt work as well. It was really a downer especially if you dont like carrying cords with you. After a few days though, I finally figured it out. You just have to press the button on the side, to show the digital reading and then thats when you put your phone on it, and it worked! So I hope this review helps others how to get the wireless charging going.The product gets a lot of flack for the wireless charging not working and I must say, it sure was not user friendly at first since the product didnt come with a manual on how to use it. But I hope people give it a try. I really like this powerbank for the lightness and the fast charging it does.Im giving this a 4 only because of the design. I think it was marketed more to men. Other than that, being what it is intended for, it's a 5.Hope this helps.
