My baby was in the NICU for a week and came home with a pretty bad diaper rash. I’ve tried EVERY diaper rash cream/powders and none worked. His skin was so sensitive and blistered/bleeding. This is the only cream that has helped soothe and start to heal. Wipes off super easily as well unlike all the others. 100% recommend!!

The texture is a bit thick, but not as much as Desitin. With just one application, you can already see an improvement in the diaper rash. It's easier to wipe off than Desitin. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it’s thicker and very white. The non-purple version is more transparent, and I prefer that one since it’s easier to clean.

When we have to use 40% zinc to heal from a rash, this stuff is great. We prefer it over butt paste or the Destin because it doesn’t have an odor or the odd off white color butt paste has. All do the job the same but we prefer this one.
