Gatco 4715 Bleu Robe Hook, Chrome

Bought a few of these for my bathroom a few years ago. Needed a few more for guests. They’ve held up well after years being used for robes and clothes on hangers. Maybe not the best for towels because the part that protrudes is not very long, so body towels might end up on the floor unless they have a cloth hook.

This hook has a contemporary yet unique design unlike all the other available hooks. No frills or gaudiness or some tacky little “touch” that begs for attention. This hook, with its clean lines, and simple design says so much with so little. We like contemporary and we like different, and this little hook delivers. There are other hooks similar in design, at a lesser cost, but they all shared the same boring square, round, or rectangular base. During our search, we saw this on display at one of the big box stores, but it wasn’t available for purchase at the store and would have to be ordered online. The same held true of the big box store across the street. Besides necessity, we were now contending with instant gratification prompting us to almost buy one similar in design. So glad we waited! The chrome finish is very nicely done, and it came with all the hardware to mount it. We are using this a a face towel holder next to,a sink, as opposed to a robe hanger, so the hardware that came with it is a little overkill for our purposes. Comparatively speaking yes it’s a little more expensive. When you factor in it’s unlike the majority of the available ho-hum hooks, for us, the purchase made sense. We’re very pleased with the purchase!

I originally purchased this hook from a big box store that went out of business over 6 years ago. With plans to update my bathroom, I wanted to get more hooks that coordinated with the ones I already had and loved. I was so happy to find these to match! These hooks are durable and aesthetically pleasing.

I bought this for a bathroom remodel. I am impressed by the substantial weight of this hook. It’s definitely not plastic!This ended up not fitting the overall look of my bathroom so I donated this towel hook to charity. I hesitate about putting permanent holes in tile and/or the wall so I shied away from mounting this on my wall.There are quite a number of nice looking towel / robe hooks available on Amazon which may be secured to a wall or the glass via suction cup. I would much rather buy a suction cup towel holder than one which requires me to drill holes into tile or the wall.RECOMMEND: BUY if you like this look and are sure you know where you want to install this robe hook in your bathroom.

This is the second time we have bought these hooks for different bathroom projects, they are easy to install, old towels, well and we love the matching line that goes with them

Sturdy, easy to install looks expensive. It came with solid anchors to hold it firmly in place.

We purchased these for our bath mat and for hand towels near our sinks in the bathroom. They look great and function well.

Easy to install, (I had my contractor pre drill holes in the tile). Look great and goes with the minimalistic look of my bathroom. The finish is excellent, solidly built, and looks thrice the price.
