Quite Accurate
After researching various brands including the FDA database of certified Oximeters, made a purchase on eBay only to receive a knockoff, Notified the vendor who then promptly refunded my purchase after being instructed by eBay to do so. Next decided to purchase on Amazon and selected this model. Works quite well. Simple to operate and provides accurate readings. Simple as press, wait for sensor to collect the data and then display the results which include oxygen level and pulse waveforms. The device has a quality build and feel, not a cheap piece of plastic, nice color of metallic reddish orange. Included are written and useful instructions which are somewhat readable without a magnifier glass and a case making it very convenient to carry and store.

BUY IT! This one shows Perfusion Index, a VERY important measure of blood vessel health!
Works very well. I am very happy with it. The huge plus is the perfusion index reading, which indicates how well your arteries and capillaries function. The pulse display is very good, showing the width of the decline in flow between pulses. This narrows with Atherosclerosis, aka hardening of the arteries, which also affects the Perfusion Index. (I buy L-Lysine from Amazon. Do some research on Atherosclerosis and Lysine.) The display is a bit small and does not orient to "down", but so what, you get Perfusion Index and that is very, very important. I did a Science Fair project and demonstrated this kind of stuff to a number of high school science classes of my fellow students and teaches many decades ago. I got to see how age affects arterial elasticity. Before microelectronics, the equipment was "bigger than a breadbox" and expensive. Science is FUN! At least it is if you look for principles instead of trying to memorize facts.

Best oximeter I've owned for a small portable.
Best oximeter I've had. Had open heart surgery recently, needed to monitor oxygen level, especially when walking or exercising. I have 3 of these things and the Amemo is the best yet. None of them read great in the sunshine but this is the best so far. Also has an audible beep that continues until I reach 94% if I fall to low. Could be annoying for some but is handy in bright sunshine. Battery powered, don't know how long that will last. Recently purchased unit. Easy to use however. For a small pocket-sized unit, it's great.

Reliable and accurate
Really nice pulse ox. I work in a medical office and use it 20 times a day. It is very accurate. I like that it reads respiratory rate also.

I can count on it!
I have several less expensive versions that would not work on some people. I purchased this one and it has worked on everyone I’ve used it for. It is nice looking and easy to use. I can depend on it. It is exactly as pictured and arrived in perfect condition.

Well Designed and Functions Initially as Expected
The product has the features indicated and they have worked properly, so far. As I have just received the product a day ago, I cannot yet know whether the product has the expected endurance. Other brands of this product have not had the expected endurance, having failed suddenly in a relatively short period of time.

Good function choices, good quality and good price.
This oximeter only uses 2 AAA batteries. It has a nice solid weight, not heavy nor so light the cat can tote it off. It is easy to read. We chose this oximeter because it has not only oxygen saturation and pulse rate but P.I.%. That sounded official so I just had to have it. <<not really>> It has a purpose which may not be essential for all users. You would need to research it to see if you feel you need it. This oximeter comes with the 2 functions I needed, an addition function I might be able to use and yes, it also has a Plethysmograph. It feels well made, it does not look nor feel cheap. And the price was right. I also has it's own carry case and lanyard.
