Take CALM and be CALM
This product has the perfect name CALM as it promotes not only a sound night of sleep but regularity. This is the best product on the market right now if you suffer from constipation, but you must start to use it slowly by filling a bit less than one teaspoon of it in a glass of warm water. Figure out how much is the right amount for you to feel as good as uou can. This has stopped me feeling cramped and bloated and improved my ability to digest food as well and I am grateful that it was recommended to me. I buy a lot of products but actually did not know there was a product that worked for this specific purpose. Do not settle for less than the best. Try CALM and you will be calm.

21 months of constipated baby, now celebrating pudding poop!!!
Can I give this more than 5 stars?!? Who woulda thought I’d be celebrating pudding poop in a diaper!!?! My bright little kiddo has been a constipated baby from 3 months. We have never had a blow out. Fast forward to 21 months and over a year of prescription medication DAILY... all of a sudden kid is refusing Miralax and now we are in days of no poop, a hard extended belly and she won’t eat... desperation leads me to a blog, her kiddo sounds like mine to the “T” down to the Rx’s They were on.... I order it immediately... It took one week starting from 1/4 tsp to 3/4 tsp mixed in OJ (original flavor) to get watery poop. And we have been in the clear since then with pudding poop. I have an appt with the GI dr to get to the bottom of her poop issues and to see if she can continue use of this wonderful magic poop juice. But either way, it’s helped us and I hope this review can help some of you too. I’ve tasted (original flavor) it and it’s pretty sour just by itself or mixed with water. So I’d recommend mixing it with juice just to get past the lip pucker!! And she’s also sleeping a little more soundly through the night vs waking a few times throughout the night which is a huge plus!!

Best to start with a small size & plain flavor to see if you like it
I first bought the CALM lemon with Stevia, but my kid broke out in rash from Stevia. So I bought the plain CALM ... OK with my kid, when mixed with juice and some sugar. Others also reported they like the CALM plain better. I like CALM (magnesium citrate) since it can be taken with food, NO indigestion like magnesium oxide sold at stores. CALM results in less diarrhea than magnesium oxide. CALM helps my kid to stop stuttering, since she's less nervous and sleeps better. More than 1/2 teaspoon of CALM resulted in headache for my wife. Besides CALM, the biggest factor that helped my 12-year old daughter's stuttering is CUTTING OUT the pesticides in foods, highest in raisin, apple juice, and the dirty dozen produce. My kid had Jumbo raisins mix EVERYDAY for more than a year. I watched in shock and despair as her speech declined before bed-time, right after her 1/2 cup of raisins. She stutters badly before bed-time, with scary twitching of the neck and jaw. She got angry since she could not control the spasm and twitching. There's a connection between neurotoxins in pesticides and stuttering, autism, ADHD, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. We stopped raisins and gave our kid CALM ...stuttering gone. She's now fluent and talks non-stop before bedtime. When I take CALM, things don't bother me much. Thanks to another Amazon reviewer who recommended taking CALM with vitamin B1 for deep sleep ... My wife took CALM at night, and Brewer's yeast in the morning. Brewer's yeast is rich in chromium, selenium, B6, B1, folic acid, niacin, potassium & other nutrients. Both help with insomnia.

Stress Aid, sleep aid
It’s my go to magnesium supplement. I use it to help aid my nervous system in times of high stress when my body is overburdened and does not have enough time to go through its natural process to produce the amount of anti-stress my body needs. In the same way I use it also at night if I’m tossing and turning when I can’t fall asleep… it’s a helpful aid in these two things for myself. It does not make one sleepy which is why I can take it morning and night…

Very Effective - If you object to the taste, see recipe
I have been using the "unflavored" for almost a week (for muscle cramps) and it works great, used / prepared as directed. Also, I recently experimented with using a blender and adding the maximum dose with a scoop of Gatorade (makes 32 oz). It actually seems to make the Gatorade taste "wetter" and more thirst quenching, at least to me. (Recipe: Add recommended dose of Natural Calm to 1 scoop Gatorade + 7 ice cubes +16 oz water; blend; then pour into a 32 oz container and top off with remaining water). Other than being a little fizzy / foamy, there was no real discernible / objectionable aftertaste. Alternatively, I also prepare it "cold" by adding it to 32 oz of cold water and letting it sit for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. It starts out cloudy and then the water clears. It tastes like expensive mineral water and has a tiny bit of carbonation... very drinkable. Update: I have been using it for almost a month and really notice a difference. All I can say is "Wow." (Are we all really that deficient in magnesium?) I have re-ordered.

So Happy with This Product!
I have chemical and food sensitivities in addition to allergies and intolerances too, so finding a supplement that is clean enough for me to use is a tricky thing indeed. I have to avoid gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, any sweeteners other than sugar and most petroleum-based chemicals too. I decided to take a chance on this product and I am SO glad I did. I've been slowly trialing it, increasing my dose by an eighth of a teaspoon at a time. I've not reacted negatively to it at all. I am finally up to one teaspoon, which is the recommended starting dose on the package, and apparently my tolerance level as the gastrointestinal issues started today. But that is OK with me as chronic constipation was one of the things I was hoping a mag supplement would help. I will keep working on getting my tolerance up there, but for now I'm happy. I do feel that my sleep is getting more restful, and the chronic leg craps have decreased a lot. I got the unflavored version, due to being sensitive to stevia, and I have to say that I actually like the taste. I have only drank water for the last ten years, so having something kind of fizzy and a bit tangy to drink is fun. I saw one person say it is bitter tasting, but to me it is more like the zip of a lemon without the lemon taste, if that makes any sense. As my title says, I am very happy with this product!

i was ready to tell the world about this product but now i am disappointed. And because of it's laxative abilities i don't ...
i started using this about ten days ago. i started with 1/4 tsp per night mixed in my "sleep-inducing" tea. The first two days i had mild cramping as if i had to go to the bathroom but i didn't. it didn't affect my sleep at all. Every night i increased the dosage by 1/4 tsp. The third night slept for 10 hours! normally sleep between three and five. After that i would wake after about 5 hours and then fall back to sleep for a few more hours. BUT now i am up to 2 tsp per night and my sleep has gone back to the way it was prior.i am sleeping anywhere from 1 1/2 to 5 hours a night again. it's been 10 days. The only thing i did different was switch to a regular no-caffeine herbal tea rather than my sleep-inducing one. Perhaps that is it? i was ready to tell the world about this product but now i am disappointed. And because of it's laxative abilities i don't think this is the type of product one can use sporadically...One thing is that i am dreaming nightly so i must be getting DEEPER sleep. ..'ll switch teas again and see if that helps. .i've been doing the sleeping pill/ zzquil/ night time cold meds/ l-tryptophan/ melatonin/ tart cherry juice dance for so many years. i actually thought i had found something that would work.
