I love watches and have a few different styles and brands, but I wanted an automatic watch and also skeleton watch. I don’t know why Amazon say it’s a quartz watch because it isn’t . It has a lovely weight to it and a good size if you don’t like very small girly watches which I don’t.The face is lovely and clear and the back with glass allowing you to see all the movement is lovely.I adjusted the strap myself which was easy . This is a lovely watch to add to my collection.Note: just to clarify , this watch is an automatic not a quartz and it doesn’t have a screw down crown . I’ve added this as some of the answers here are incorrect and confusing.

This watch is so gorgeous. It's a beatiful rose gold colour. It has six diamentes around the face, under the glass so I can't pull them out, which I am very good at. The peephole on the face shows you the workings of this automatic watch which winds as you move. At the back you can see inside the watch, it's very beautiful. The face is still tidy and lovely, with a pearlescent face with scalloping. The bracelet strap joins at the back under the clasp so it will be harder for me to loose (which I am also good at). This watch is quite heavy, I will say that, but I've not chosen a watch like this so I am sure I will get used to the weight. I am overjoyed with my purchased!

I had my son get me this to give to my wife for Christmas, so she wouldn't 'twig on' & it cost £50 More than the current price. It Is an automatic watch, Not quartz. The instruction book specifically mentions the screwdown crown & warns against handling it incorrectly. When I tried to unscrew it nothing happened so I thought the watch was faulty as you can't change the time setting if you can't pull out the crown. After several unfruitful 'phonecalls & texts with the supplier I realized I was going to be stuck with a duff watch. However, I realized that if I let the watch stop I could restart it when the time of day coincided with the time showing on the watch! I then put the watch in my watch winder to keep it going. Unfortunately, the watch loses more than a minute a day so this was no good as by the end of one week the watch was 8.5 mins. Slow! My wife picked up the watch & pulled the crown in anger & guess what? The winder pulled out just like an ordinary watch! The crown on our supplied watch Is Not a screwdown one so this begs the question - WHY? The watch is beautiful & weighty so if it's a fake then it's a damn good one! Could it have been a repaired return or a 'second'? I guess we'll never know but now we have a lovely, heavy watch that keeps worse time than some of my £20 Chinese watches. I presume the guarantee is invalid as this is Not the watch as described by this site or by the instructions supplied. I cannot recommend this mystery item but we both Do like it! How do you get a Swiss Automatic watch at this low price - Or at the £180 I paid? I own 5 other Rotary watches including a Gold Swiss 1960's Handwinder & my wife has another (not Swiss) automatic but we are now Wary of this brand. Risk it if you like but don't say you weren't warned!
