Great med container
Works great for nitro pills. I got 3 nitro pills to fit, but wish it was a little larger for a couple of 81mg aspirin. The aspirin are just a little too wide to fit especially the chew-able kind. I cant remember if there was a slightly larger one to order or not, if there is I would opt for that just so you can have both pills for an emergency. The capsule wears well. I have had it on for 2 weeks now and it is just fine. There is an o-ring seal where the pendant separates so no need for removal for shower.

Perfect!
Bought it to hold nitro tabs. Holds seven Nitro 0.4mg tabs easily and I could probably get one or two more to fit. So far capsule has been water tight. Chain isn't impressive and I'm looking to replace it with something a little nicer. Having peace of mind my Nitro is close when I need it is priceless.

Really cute, but really small
Jewelry-wise and attractive-wise, I love it! It's beautiful! But functionally, it's way too small to be used for your meds. You can only fit one tiny pull in it. But if you have an emergency pull that's really small, it works! It has a nice, tight seal with a rubber o-ring. Other reviews talk about the chain it's on not being attractive, but actually it looks like the kind of chain that would be used for medical jewelry. I took away the one star because it's too small. Otherwise, great!

Looks great as a piece of jewelry BUT... Not enough room inside. I take 1mg Xanax, they’re not bigger than the orange Advil pills, and they wouldn’t fit. Besides not enough room , everything else checks out

Too tiny for a pill
I had to break my pill into two to be able to fit it (it’s a tiny pill, width of a Tylenol if that ) Seems to be hood up other than the clamps are flimsy but pill hasn’t gotten wet since purchase which is a huge plus. Great concept just wish it was a little wider

Great Until It Wasn't
Until the pendant mount came off the pill holder, it was great. It was never in water or mishandled. If VNOX backs up their product with a guarantee or replacement, then my rating will go up.

This is a nicely made little piece of jewellery for under £4 including postage and packing. It comes with it's own velour bag. The capsule I received didn't have the text printed on it as shown in the photos, which was preferable as I didn't want that anyway so all in all a good experience. Recommended.
