I doubt it. If I am not mistaken, this is the "older unit" that has the external voltage regulator. Your '94 Buick will have the internal voltage regulator I am sure.

If your sea ray is running an inboard mercruiser or 2 with a standard v belt accessory drive off the crank and balancer pulley it will fit but you will need the right mounting bracketts and wiring plugs to put it on. You can always swap the pulley for a serpentine but the mercruiser small block runs backwards in comparison to an automotive gm small block. A serpentine set up spins the accessory drives in the opposite direction so it would only stand to reason that if the mercruiser runs backwards and the serpentine belt switches the direction of rotation to the pulleys then all standard small block accessories from 89 back would work on an inboard with a serpentine belt drive. The gm small block is the most versatile combustion engine design ever manufactured and is comparable to the polish kalashnikov in the regards that it is simple, versatile, and almost unbreakable. If you can mount it in the proper direction of rotation and attach the wires to send alternating power back to the battery and electronic control modules then it will run
