This is a great product with a great price ticket. Perfect for cooler weather working outside or walking in wind and rain. Good too for that pulled back muscle too. I'm very glad I upped my order to two packs and am more than pleased to support a small business

I use these for emergency lower back problems. I use a heated belt all the time but always carry a couple of body warmers to use if/when the pain becomes too severe. Once initiated they last for ages and provide a more intense heat than the belt. I never leave home without one! This is my third pack.

Great product. Purchased for my mum who suffers with sciatica. Her feedback is that the heat pads adhere to the skin well, stay warm for a long time and that the size if the pack for the price is excellent. She will be asking me to order more for her.

Not so great... it comes with a very short expiry date.
