Very good and awesome price.
I have never bought anything but Alpha when it comes to flight jackets. But with the price that they want for an alpha flight jacket has gone up considerably in the last few years. So I caved in and bought one of these. I saw that they sold these on a sight just for pilots also so I thought I'd give them a chance. Well this jacket is bomb it Fits well looks good and it's nice and warm very well insulated. Looks almost exactly the same as an alpha for 3 times less the price! Also made in the U.S.A. so I would highly suggest if you want a good flight jacket made in the U.S.A. and you are a traditional anti racist skinhead and proud of it buy this flight you won't be sorry and anybody else out there that love the look they are excellent jackets and light but toasty.

True to size/maybe on the big side
We bought this jacket for my son who is usually a men’s medium in shirts/jackets. We read reviews that said the jacket ran small so my husband bought him an XL😳 it was definitely an XL and fit my husband wears a Lg/XL. We exchanged it for a large so he could have some room to grow because he’s 15 and although the jacket is a little big, he wears it open and it looks great!

Warm but...
I knew going into this that I would not be getting THE best quality flight jacket there was. I initially considered buying an Alpha Industries jacket, but I decided to go with Rothco instead, despite the many people clamoring about its lower quality.Especially considering the price, this is a very solidly built jacket. The outer nylon shell feels very solid and of decent quality. This jacket is much better than some of the bomber jackets I've seen in boutiques, which are thin and give you no protection from the cold and are somehow sold for 60+.As for sizing, I am 5'2" and an xs in most women's clothing stores and the XS jacket here is was, predictably, pretty big. It hit just below the knobs of my hips, though so it wasn't unwearably. There is definitely enough room to layer clothes in the cold, which was exactly what I was going for.I've never owned an Alpha jacket so I can't comment on the quality difference between the two. Here are some things problematic things I've noticed though:-The knit cuff are definitely of cheaper quality as they are very thin and scratchy compared to other jackets (flight and non flight) ive owned.-The inner lining isn't of the best quality. Still holds up fine, but could definitely be better-the snap closures are a bit tricky to separate. Combined with the questionably thin orange lining, I can see how they would rip off within a few usesoverall a decent jacket and good for layering/keeping you warm, but if you want THE best quality flight jacket, this isn't it

A Good Quality Flight Jacket and Excellent Value For the Price
I purchased this sage green MA-1 flight jacket to replace a flight jacket I've had since 1988. Other than the color it's identical to a black MA-1 I purchased from Rothco seven years ago. That jacket has held up well to daily wear all winter and still looks great. I expect the same durability from my new jacket. This is a great jacket especially for the price.

Well Made, Authentic Design
There's a number of manufacturer these days of these military-style flight jackets. It seems this style of jacket is making a comeback as a fashion statement. Most are very good and sport a wide variety of colors. I've tried several but the colors never seemed to match what was on their Amazon page. So I opted for this Rothco MA1 jacket because I owned one 30 years ago. This one felt and looked identical to the one I owned from the Army. In addition, it was only $5 more than the imitation ones. The blue on this jacket is gorgeous and the warmth is amazingly comfortable. I highly recommend this Rothco MA1 jacket.

Although this product has very large sizes, it may not fit if you have a lot of belly fat.
First - I want to say this product appears to be incredibly well made, it seems like it would be very warm and - if it fit - comfy.I'm a very obese man (working on that), and I have found it extremely difficult to find jackets that fit me that are not hundreds of dollars. This one looked amazing, but when I tried to put it on, although the shoulders are perfect, the sleeves are the exact length, and it's about the right size around the chest... the size does not make allowance for big people who have a larger belly than their chest. If you're not morbidly obese this jacket is great. If you need a large size because you are a very large muscular person, then the big and tall sizes of this jacket will probably fit you great. But it is not designed for fat folks like me. It makes me very sad to have to return it.
