Scanpan HaptIQ 8 inch Stainless Steel-Aluminum Nonstick Fry Pan – Compatible ...

Have been searching for years for a non-stick pan (or pans ... ) that don't wear out within a few months, that distribute the heat well (I cook using a gas stove), that are dishwasher safe, and that don't scratch easily. I've only been using this pan for about a month, but I use it every day (sometimes multiple times a day). It is a 7 inch fry/saute pan, and since our household is small (two people), it's the perfect size for eggs for breakfast, including pancakes(!) ... That was a surprise -- I turned to using it after I couldn't get the batter to stop sticking in any other pan ... Also great for quick-frying hamburgers, steaks, etc. And ... for quick saute vegetables. And ... for hashbrowns. Only complaint I had was that this pan did not come with a lid, but I found that the glass lid from one of my now-defunct non-stick pans worked perfectly. Also, it's a heavy pan ... and the heat distribution is excellent. All the other lighter weight pans I've had develop hot spots, where some of the food burns/overcooks. No problem like that with this pan (you should've seen my pancakes!) It's a little too soon to tell regarding long term durability, but I am VERY encouraged. Also, it's supposed to be dishwasher safe, but ... I haven't had to put it in the dishwasher so far (I do wash the lid in the dishwasher). It wipes clean easily; no scrubbing needed, so I just rinse it out after using (I do sometimes have to scrub a little on the outside of the pan because I am a clumsy cook ... have to clean up things that drizzle down the outside of the pan). Will update later if my opinion changes, but so far, this is the best I've had in my relatively long life ...

This is a quality product for sure. Made in Denmark, it has an excellent non-stick coating that's safe and very easy to clean. I allows me to cook with little or no oil. It's super easy to wash, too. I love this pan!

This fry pan is fantastic! It cleans like a breeze, and nothing sticks. Plus, it's made in Denmark, not China! I love it so much that I bought a second one in a different size.

First thing I did after a quick wash was to cook an egg. No oil, no butter, just the egg. It's pretty wild how hydrophobic the surface is. The egg almost floated above the surface. Near zero friction. Well worth the cost. Hopefully it will hold up to regular use, but I suspect it will.

I was looking to contact seller option, but didn’t find it. That’s why I’m writing a feedback on the product. Hi. The coating on this pan got destroyed and this brand has a lifetime warranty. What can the seller do about it?

I love to cook. I also very rarely write reviews. This is hands down the best, most impressive cookware item in my entire kitchen. I am so spoiled by this pan that I can’t think of buying any other pan in the future. I have put this pan through rigors I have never tried on previous pans - straight to dishwasher, used with metal utensils, deep fried battered cutlets. It has excelled every time and my recipes come out perfectly. Even basic routine cooking - breakfast scrambled eggs - are a pleasure. I’m always amazed at how little butter I need to use. And there’s not a spot of egg left on the pan. I’m in love with this pan...

Although this Fry Pan is very expensive it looks great and works great. Truly non-stick. I use it primarily for eggs and omelets. Not sure whether or not it's my imagination but my eggs actually taste better with this compared to my old cheap fry pan. My only complaint is that it can sometimes be a little difficult to clean food that lodges around the area where the bolts attach the handle to the pan but this is a minor complaint.

Do not waste your money buying any other brand. I have several of these now. First class design, thick strong construction, finest marine grade stainless steel. This model is made in Denmark. AAAAA
