This is a really great methylated vitamin. I just wish they had one with iron. I will do more research to see if I can find one with iron included the size. They’re fairly big. You have to take two a day but my body is definitely feeling better.

Pure always makes quality supplements. On the package it states to beware of side effects...but doesn't specify what they could be. If you suffer from MIGRAINES or HEADACHES then USE WITH CAUTION!!! I dont advise taking this supplement daily or even Every other day unless you are an athlete. People with MRTHFR mutations are prone to headaches. I cannot tell you the agony I was in not knowing that by taking these daily you can become overmethylated. As a result, I suffered with horrid migraines for a week before figuring this out as a side effect. I though I might've had a brain bleed that's how bad it was. So I'm going to only take this 1 to 2x a week and see. I also noticed mild stomach discomfort and joint pain. These are also side effects. Some MTHFR people are more sensitive than others. I have 2 of the mutations. I'm one of those people highly sensitive to supplements and medications. So to others out there, be educated from my mistake. My reaction in no way is a fault of the manufacturer. But better stated possible side effects on the packaging would've saved me alot of suffering.

AWESOME Product, this has probably been formulated by someone who understands the ComT and MTHFR issue and its codependent issues, and has attempted to modify the doses of other components to fit with someone with MTHFR, including the No iron part. Well thought out excellent product
