Deep Breaths

I can't reccomend this book enough. We quote it to our 3 year old all the time. I tell him to "close his eyes and think of something he likes a lot" every night at bedtime. He has literally stopped mid-tantrum to take a deep breath, calm down, and ask nicely for what he wants. A great read and a great resource for any toddler parent.

Very cute story and my daughter loved the pictures in it! Very good moral of the story too
