Nice deep and good looking sink. It's easy to clean and a great size for a kitchen with small counter space.

This is a fantastic sink. We replaced our double bowl sink with a single bowl sink. It's big and deep (same size as our two bowl sink) and looks great. Now we can get bigger pots/pans into our sink and wash them easily. The sink came with everything required to install it (mounting clips, sink flange/drain, strainer, & decorative cover plate). We did install a garbage disposal to our sink, so the included sink flange was not used. We used the one included with the garbage disposal. It looks great and functions great. We ordered this sink after our original sink was delayed for over a week by FedEx (they have terrible delivery service in our area). This sink arrived at our door in 2 days from Amazon. It was packaged very well and protected to prevent dents/dings to it. They used a combination of heavy duty cardboard, corner/edge guards, and dense styrofoam to pretect the sink. Do not hesitate to buy this sink if you're looking for an upgrade.

We recently remodeled our laundry room and installed a Ruvati sink. It is very nice. Only problem is that they put a sticker on the inside of the sink and the sticker glue is difficult to remove. Why did they do that?

I never thought I'd write a sink review, but I absolutely love our 23-inch Ruvati sink and want to encourage others who may be considering it over a "premium" brand. Our sink replaced a Franke D-shaped model (admittedly quite old) and we far prefer it. First things first: steel is steel. We're talking about a folded piece of metal, so really the differentiators come down to: - Gauge - Sound dampening materials - Shape - Finish - Accessories *Gauge* It's 16-gauge, which is heavy. Check. Not likely to bend and dent very easily. Theoretically a lower vibration frequency (less tinny). *Sound dampening* These sinks have large dampening pads as well as a sound-dampening coating. It's much quieter than the one it replaced, which only had a coating. The pads are well placed for where you're likely to bang things - for example, the pads on the side are perfectly placed if - like me - you like to crack your eggs just inside on a clean edge of the sink. I have no complaints about the sound. (The grid inside also helps muffle sound of things you're putting in the sink). *Shape* Love the shape. Rectangular with easy-clean corners. Drain at the back. Unexpectedly fits some of my pans I considered to have long handles. *Finish* I don't know anything about stain-resistant coatings or whatnot, but I *do* know that I love the matte brushing. A shiny sink is going to get scratched, but this one comes with a very attractive brushing that - when sponging - you can clearly feel the direction of. As a result, when I'm washing the sink it's very easy to move the sponge in a consistent direction along the current brushing and to avoid adding scratches in random directions. (Not that I'm using a scratchy sponge - but it will be useful if I decide to use a semi-abrasive cleanser). It also doesn't show spots very well. *Accessories* Comes with a nice grid, and I oddly love the drain cover even though you need to remove it to get big chunks down the disposal (if you have one). We purchased the garbage disposal flange which I felt a bit silly about but it really does fit and look nicer than the one that came with the disposal and had a good drain stopper. I can't think of any other sink-specific accessories, since something like a colander can come from any brand. Overall, I highly recommend this sink and would absolutely buy another one if I do another kitchen renovation.

First of all let me say that this is only the second time in 6 years that I have ever felt the need to rate anything and that I haven't received anything in return for this rating. This sink is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone who comes over seems to gravitate over to it and say how beautuful it is and mention that we must have paid a pretty penny for it. When we tell them where we got it and what we paid, they are shocked. Before we ordered this sink, we looked at a couple big box stores and were disappointed in what they had and the high prices they were charging. I told my husband that I wanted to wait and look around on line to see if I could find what I wanted instead of settling for what we were finding. Boy am I happy that I waited. When I found this sink on Amazon and showed it to him, his comment was that at that price it probably wasn't going to be great but that we could always return it if we didn't like it. Boy were we shocked when we opened the box. This is one beautiful high end looking sink. The quality of this sink is so much nicer than anything we had looked at. I find myself going into the kitchen to just look at my sink. Dont let the low price scare you off. Trust me, if you order this sink, you won't be disappointed.

It looks good; seems to be solidly made. We did not like that edges and corners are not rounded.

I like the size and the design of the sink bottom that guides water to the drain. Good quality and convenient size for a trade-up. What I do not like is there was no option from the manufacturer to select if the drain flange should be mounted or unmounted. Seems to me this option should be offered because most sinks have a garbage disposal. I contacted Ruvati about this and they said I could purchase the non-flange drain separately. I think this is wrong and the customer should have a choice.

A couple months after it was installed in our van we noticed small rust spots. We had only used it for two weeks. Trying to get in contact with the manufacturer….this shouldn’t happen with stainless!
