We bought this book for our grandkids and they love it. It is a really great idea. After a couple months, the book stopped working, even after my daughter added a new battery. I got the book back from her today and tried a different battery and it worked. Hers was a cheap off-brand battery and mine was a Sony. Hers is measuring 2.9v but it still fails and the Sony is working fine. We'll see how it plays out but I am suspecting that good batteries will make a difference. I'm wondering if some of the people who left bad reviews had off-brand batteries and if a name brand battery would make a difference. I feel bad because I contacted Cali's and they sent out another book quick. So, awesome customer service. Update 2/16/2024: I heard back from Cali's customer service and they confirmed that the problem is often the battery. So, even though you may be using new batteries, they might not work properly if they are inferior. I would suggest name brand batteries or get them from Cali's books.

Learning a foreign language before age 1 is so important, and music is a wonderful means for babies who love it.

The book is great and simple. I wish it had more songs in Spanish. The volume on the book is fairly low, even at max.

This book helps to teach your child Spanish through cute pictures that have a high entertainment value. It was a great gift with a high value for your money. The sound quality is clear and the book is durable.

I bought this book for my son for Christmas and only one song out of the six works. And I fully charged it thinking that was the issue. It’s just an over priced book.

The sound is good, not annoying like many of this type of thing; however the songs are very short and do not repeat without pressing the button again. I like that it is rechargeable. Be aware that there is an on/off switch! I didn't see that and wondered why it wouldn't play after charging. To reiterate the listing, there are only 6 songs in Spanish. They were songs I was looking for. Overall I don't think it was worth it. I'd rather pay more and have the songs repeat two or three times, as children need the repetition to learn something new. I would have liked ten songs.

Customer service is great! I bought this book when my baby was born. Within a year and half the book stopped working and wouldn’t play the songs. Please note we didn’t use the product all the time or over used it at all. It literally just stopped working and I reached out to customer service and they stayed behind their product for 100% guarantee. I was able to get a replacement
