Killer
I'm going to start by saying the ladies love this one. And I mean it. My daughter and wife both saw this and said they wanted one. Is that a good thing when I'm carrying it around myself? I'm a man. I don't shave very often. I work out a lot. So I'm pretty rough looking most of the time. Is my look so effeminate that the gals in my life think this would look good on a lady?I don't know. I think they're probably wanting one because it IS rugged. Because it's not their normal ladylike purse. It's rough around the edges and makes them look a little tougher. Not because it's weak or pretty.Either way, I love this bag. It has everything I need for my EDC essentials. I can tuck my pipe rollup, my leather journal and a good book into the large pocket, while my bottle opener and handgun go in the smaller pocket. And then I still have room. I dig this thing. I dig it like a ditch.

Overall a nice bag.
I was looking for a bag that could carry my 13" Asus. I wanted something that looks nice and feels quality. This one was in a large slide-zipper bag and the minute I pulled it out from that bag I knew instantly that this was a solid purchase. It fits my laptop in the main compartment, which utilizes double zipper. There is enough space otherwise to put day-trip essentials. Maybe a book, a notepad, some writing utensiles, a portable gaming device (vita, 3ds, switch, etc). There is a second, single-zipper compartment under the flap. In front of that is an open, top-load pocket that seems intended for a single book or tablet, lacks about 2" of depth vs the main compartment. The buckled straps you see on the back that tie down the flap compartment are actually for show; there are magnets that attach them to the bag, which makes it more convenient than having to un-loop and re-loop straps. T he magnets are not cheap and weak either -they did not skimp and provide appropriate strength magnets to secure the flap. If you were seeing the strap system for security reasons though, this is not the bag you want. The thing it doesn't feature, but isn't a serious issue to me, is a sewn-in USB connection for a battery bank -or a pass-through for a wire. The aspect that I docked a star for is the pocket on the side, as typically there would be a holder for a waterbottle there but there isn't. I'll need a separate product, either a bottle sling or bottle with built in clip, in order to carry water with me. I might be able to place my power bank their, but I don't think it has the room to do so. It isn't tall/deep enough for my phone either.

Love the bag, HOWEVER...
I love the bag color, material and all the great pockets, HOWEVER,... I got the larger one that said it holds a 13" thin laptop and other items. I have a 13" thin laptop and it doesn't fit. The top of the bag is curved so it wont zip up over the top so you can't close the bag. For $20 I didn't bother to return it cause I can use it for other items.

great little bag!
Good looking bag (coffee version), fairly priced, works well slung across back. Canvas feels like it will really stand up. Zippers are beefy, too.I'm 6' tall with wide shoulders and the strap adjusted easily to me. Lots of pockets. My 11.6" Samsung Chromebook fits in the dedicated laptop pocket, but I'm not sure anything much bigger would fit in there. There would be more room placing a bigger one in the open area in the bag.Only four stars because: when you put a laptop in the laptop pocket the back pocket zipper may scratch the device. You may want to drape piece of cloth over your laptop to keep it from scratching. I'd say you might want to use a neoprene sleeve but the pocket is already pretty snug. You could also keep it in the main compartment so the laptop pocket prevents contact with the zipper.

Lots of Pockets and Very Sturdy
Lots of pockets and very sturdy. I really enjoy having a place for everything. As a very busy mother of two young kids and restaurant manager, I'm always on the go and need to take a lot of stuff along with me that I need for the day. This bag lets me do this without having a giant mess of stuff that I need to rummage through. Before this bag, I was using a Kavu rope bag for about two years which I LOVED. This bag allows for more organization and more room, but the Kavu bag was more comfortable to carry. They both seem to have the same dimensions and take up the same amount of space. The only negatives I could think of would be that this bag does pull on my shoulder a bit if I don't use it as a cross-body type bag when I have heavy things inside of it. The company could easily fix this problem with one of those sliding shoulder pads. The bag itself is a bit on the heavy side, but it is made of very durable canvas so that is to be expected. These negatives are just me being very nit-picky though. I put a LOT of stuff in this thing and it gets very heavy (several drink bottles, heavy wallet, extra shirt, medications, snacks, notebooks, phone, etcetcetc) so of course it would pull on my shoulder. It's still holding up very nicely with no rips or tears. It goes through the washing machine and dryer well and didnt hold a coffee stain.10/10 would recommend.

Almost Perfect, but not quiet. About 1/2 inch too short.
The material, the look, the mixture of leather and canvas, the open slots, the zippered slots, the changeable strap; all of it perfectly matched my needs and taste. The only thing that took away a little bit was the length of the main compartment. If only it was 1/2 inch longer, it would be perfect. Oh well... perfection is difficult. This shoulder backpack almost achieved it.
