If you have wider feet, or get blisters, these are a must. I have these in the flat version and the high heel. I cannot tell you how many pairs of shoes they have saved. The trick is to get your blow dryer and heat the leather where you will be stretching (be careful not to burn yourself), when you are done heating spray stretching spray (which is rubbing alcohol and water - you can look this up if you don't have any). Lastly insert the stretcher and start stretching until you feel tightness, then do 2-3 more turns. Keep the stretcher on for a few days. Always buy two if you cannot find a pair of these.One last thing - get the high heel version if you want to stretch boots (the flats will not work, but the high heel may).

man, these are great. i can't tell you how much better they make my shoes fit (women's shoes are all sized quite differently, plus with heels, embellishments, and whatever, it's hard to get a consistent fit, even within one brand). the quality is very high, too.additionally, i used to have my shoes professionally stretched, but these allow me to customise the stretching, and even though buying two seems a bit steep to many, these things have saved me a TON.

I have a wide toe box, but not wide enough to necessitate ordering W width shoes... I already have a set of Footfitters for my oxfords, and while they're great for flat shoes, they don't work as well for heeled shoes - so I got these in the heeled version. Very satisfied with how well they work. Really gets in to the toe area to stretch where I need it most.

Seems like a well constructed product. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong type. Seller was responsive but it costs $20.00 from my location to return, so I will keep them. These will not work for boots at all, so order carefully.

Works pretty good. Just didn't realize it stretches the entire shoe wide. I was hoping it would just stretch the front because I don't need the back stretched. Now the back of my heels can't grip to keep my foot in because it made it wider.
