Very nice considering the cost
I'm a pro guitar tech and necks can be hit or miss. I've had $200 necks that were duds. All necks are cut on CNC machines for greater accuracy. This neck is quite good with medium size frets and only one high fret which I tapped back down. The edges were cut properly with no sharp ends - this happens when climate changes cause the wood to contract leaving the fret ends sticking out. Easy to file and not an issue on most fretboards that are bound. This one is not. Attempting to attach a replacement neck will always require small tweaks. I had to Dremel and bit off the end where the neck attaches at the body to meet the 25 1/2" scale. Other than that, no issues. Plays very well with decent action and no fretting out on bends. I did some some small truss rod adjustments. I feel this neck came from a good batch - the frets were clean and the width is similar to an Ibanez with a thin "D" shape. The tuning holes were perfect size as my replacement tuners fit right in. The nut came off in the box but was cut properly and easy to attach with a tiny bit of glue. Little things, but experience helps with these things. Rock on!

Frets and nut may not be perfect, workmanship may also vary
Pretty good neck, not an exact copy but it’s good project piece to build with. I would check for unlevel fret areas and verify the not slots are right, so if you have the tools and the knowhow it’s not bad as a platform to refine. Don’t know why the dot inlays are orange… but oh well… I’m building a project guitar and not too critical, it will do the job.

Not bad for the money. No faults yet.
Nice finish. Smooth frets. Straight. So far I'm happy.

Budget replacement - Watch your fingers!
The replacement factor is nice however there are some things that do not make it my first choice. It is a first choice for a new build however. The fret ends need to be addressed and will cut you if you are not careful. Since Ibanez is not providing replacement necks for many of their guitars (following Peavey's build and forget method.) it is good to have a possible source for saving an otherwise not savable guitar. This is a good replacement for the budget line of Ibanez guitars but will disappoint for most other RG's.

Not good quality work
Frets are sharp on both side where they crowned them and left them sharp 1st fret & 12th fret lifted have to glue and press it back on the board, now i have to file all the edges of the frets not happy about the craftsmanship. Won’t be buying any more from this company

Happy with it for a custom build
The neck feels good to play and has a nice thin profile that works well for my smaller hands. It looks really nice and worked great for my custom build. The only issue I had is that the 10mm holes for the tuning machines were 10mm before they applied the finish to the headstock, which is pretty thick. Luckily I had a rotary tool to quickly sand the finish out from the inside of the holes so that my tuners would fit. You could do the same with a dowel and sandpaper or a round file. Otherwise I think I would give it 5 stars. I also removed and sanded down the nut for a lower action, which is a personal preference. Overall, I'm really happy with it. It's a unique look in terms of what you can find in affordable DIY guitar necks and the quality, I think, is pretty high for this price range. I would definitely buy it again - I wish I could find it in different fret board colors.

very well made

Bon matériaux mais fabrication plutôt bâclé, et irrattrapable. Des fausses notes a foison, le sillet collé tordu avec bavure, repères pas axés, frettes limé à-peu-près. Je déconseille. Merci de m'avoir lu ^^

Bought this neck for my first guitarbuild, it was pretty straight and works but had to hammer in some of the frets and file
