This is a little miracle if you know how to use it properly. As a full-time writer, I spend hours at my desk. Just received it and tried it on my traps and rhomboids, and I feel like after a 30-minute massage at the physio! Great size, shape, and material. Yes, it's hard, but it's supposed to. 100% recommend this product. Great for muscle and pain relief.

The peanut looks good and is very tactile and most importantly it works. I have used it for occipital release - it is much easier than trying to make your own peanut and you can really feel it getting into the tight head areas and creating release and relaxation. It is also great for working on your thoracic spine. I get a lot of tightness here and used to try to release the area on a foam roller but it is far easier and more effective to use the peanut to do this. It is neat and portable, reasonably priced and good customer service support should you have any questions about further uses.

A bit too small to really make an impact

I have tried so many back, leg, foot pain relieving products and this has to be one of the best. Brilliant for the back to open knotted muscles safely over the spine and tight glutes. Very small, compact and easily to pack in a bag to help those that have medical issues when travelling away from home

Need to change the outer material as it grips the skin.

This is my third product from this company and I can’t recommend it enough. They are all high quality, effective items sold for an affordable price. The peanut is especially great for targeting trigger points and I find that it made a total difference to my post-workout recovery.

Majic!!! I've been using this product for 2 herniated disc for about 10 days and this massage equipment works! I've been able to lower my back pain in 1/2. It's been a slow process but as long as your consistent and go slow and easy you might see results like the ones I've seen. I would recommend that you watch the product video before hand and go slow. I would definitely recommend this product. If need to, depending on your condition, consult your physician first.
