First of all, the device worked great. Found it to be accurate. Most goods from china ship to the US with a version of directions in english language, often referred to as chinglish. The problem is that this device did not come with directions in english of any form. Thank goodness for the internet because that is how I had to learn to use it.

It's very difficult to use. Only works part of the time under completely perfect conditions. The method to measure thickness is terrible. Setup is confusing and almost impossible. Directions incomplete and not clear. Does not come with ultrasound contact fluid, but does not work without it. So disappointing. Very small improvements to the interface would make this a great product.
