Not the same part
I ordered several of these earlier this year for my pool. No problem, good product, no issues. However I need another for winter use on the pool. Order the same thing no problem right? WRONG. Different union. Appears different but more importantly, completely different threads. THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT UNIONS. And they are glue type so not like I can just put a different fitting in them.Nowhere in the listing does it say it is a different manufacture or thread than previously.

Finer pitch than Schedule 40 means you can hand tighten ...
I use these for all my pool fittings. Finer pitch than Schedule 40 means you can hand tighten and get a good seal. Double o-ring. Really worth the spend over S40.
