Needs instructions or at least a diagram
It's exactly what you expect I would have given it 5 Stars except I would recommend them to put some instructions in with it. It comes with a full set of gaskets but not are all used mine was badly damaged so it makes it difficult to determine which gasket goes in one spot

Fits on Mercruiser Aplha 1, Gen 1
This kit fits Mercruiser 3.0L Aplha One, Gen 1 outdrive (Manufactured 1989). Only problem I had was with the gaskets, they dont stretch well and are easily ripped apart while fitting around the pump
