Easy to use and works great
I used this on my garage door that faces south in southern Florida. I gently scrubbed off the worst of the oxidation with a household scrub brush, cleaned the door thoroughly with the cleaner provided and then just wiped on the coating. I’m so happy with my garage door. It looks like new. My only complaint is the 16-page instruction book that makes the work sound a bit intimidating. I called Everbrite and the woman there was very helpful and reassuring that I wasn’t going to have an ugly garage door when I was done. Love this product. I also used it on an old metal table and some old light fixtures as well.

PLEASE TRY IT. YOU WILL BE AMAZED
OMG!!!!! I almost threw out my whole metal patio furniture but decided to give this a try. It made it look BRAND NEW! ! ! ! Why is this product not on TV? I love the results. I had an old Martha Stewart patio set which was a lot of money. I must be around 4 years old. It was out in the winter here in NY and it just had a dull, sandy look and feel to it. Once I applied the cleaner and then the actual product to the metal, the set came back to life. Even better, the rain just beats right off of it as if it was NEW again. I have a 6 seat set and used this trial kit on the whole set plus the seats and I just had enough. I would HIGHLY recommend this product before you decide to toss your old furniture. Saved me LOTS of money.

Good product, fast delivery
Used it on grave marker. It’s not as self -leveling as I thought. Could use a little more guidance on the proper applicator selection, or the best one to use

Amazing results
Copper sink had lost its protective finish, any time water touched it, a ugly brown spot was left. This kit worked perfectly, it took some time to do all the steps but the results were great. My sink looks brand new again and stays that way after guests use it.

Easy to use
I was skeptical at first but this product had good reviews so I gave it a try. I had already washed the door but used the supplied product anyway. The final step is a breeze, went on VERY easily and the door looks brand new. Not sure how long it will last yet. Had plenty left too, seems at least half, even though we followed the directions exactly for my two door garage door.

Outstanding product
We applied this product in June 2021 and have not done anything to the door since then. It still looks great and we would buy this product again.

HD Gel Cleaner Didn't Work on 2 Year Old Oxidized Copper With 4 Hour Moist Dwell Time
Disappointing to spend $142.51 with little to no results! Had to sand with a random orbital machine with 120 grit then 220 grit paper to remove oxidation. Everbrite Protective UV Coating only lasts a couple of years and then starts to break down, revealing pockets of oxidation/discoloration. Cooper polish is equally disappointing and adds no value. Can't recommend unfortunately :-(

Everbrite 4oz. Trial Kit: DON'T USE THE SHUR LINE TRIM AND TOUCH UP PAD IN THE KIT!
I purchased the 4 oz. trial kit so I would have everything I needed to apply the Everbrite on my brand new high dollar mailbox. I want to mention first that the fibers from the Shur Line trim and touch up pad ended up all over my project, so don't use it! I am not even sure why they give you that instead of a foam brush, which is what the product suggest using. (See photos. I circled 2 of the fibers but you can see there are a lot of them.) I ended up tossing the trim and touch up pad and using a foam brush along with a foam roller. Took 2 stars off because of the touch up pad. It's not the end of the world because it's just a mailbox, but had it been my front door or another important project I would have been in tears. As for the Everbrite. It went on ok. I found that you must get a nice even coat or the finish will look splotchy. On some areas of my mailbox that get the most abuse I added a 3rd coat. For future projects I wouldn't do more than 2 coats. The coating looked very uneven and splotchy after 2 coats. Look carefully for runs if your project is not lying flat. This was my first time using it, so my mailbox is basically a trial run and practice. I applied it in my garage with the doors open on cooler, low humidity days. Time will tell if it works to protect my mailbox from corrosion from the salt they put on the roads in the winter that ultimately ends up on my mailbox when the plows drive by. I will possibly update after a year or so. Also, I found the can difficult to open, I used a flat head screw driver and a hammer to punch it out. One punch and the seal fell into the can. I don't think the 4 oz. can will get you close to 25 sq.I did not use the EZ Prep since my mailbox was brand new, but I did use the microfiber cloth to wipe it down first to get any dust off of it. I am sure I will end up using the rest of the items in the kit for another future project so it was worth the few extra dollars. Also noting here that I contacted the company about how soon I could put vinyl lettering on the mailbox. They suggested waiting a month for full cure. I went ahead and put the normal mailbox number/letter stickers on about 2 days after applying the Everbrite and they are sticking fine. The company rep did say that you cannot apply the Everbrite over vinyl lettering because it will eat the vinyl. Our new mailbox is powder coated. Our previous mailbox was also powder coated but started rusting within a year. After 6 years the door was falling off and when we went to take it off the post it was so rusted that it just fell off. This is the reason I wanted to give the Everbrite product a try. Perhaps it will give my mailbox a longer life span. We will see.
