You need to have a helium tank for the number and champagne balloons. The others can be either. /or. The slick waterfall backdrop has an adhesive built in for easy hanging. The happy birthday sign has to be strung together. It was a fairly easy assembly but it was difficult to get the champagne balloons to stay. This is perfect for a venue party.

The balloons were a great shade of pink and easy to blow up. I had no problem taking the big balloons to party city and getting them blown up for cheap!

The only thing this set is missing is a pump. I had to blow the balloons up with the straw that was included. Be careful with the confetti balloons!! I was blowing it up and one of the pieces got stuck in my throat!!! Other than that, it is a very nice looking set.

Beautiful decorations. My sister really enjoyed then. I took the balloons to a retail party store for air. The bigger ones lasted a few days, the latex small balloons only last 2 days before sinking. I'd recommend blowing these up a day before your event, not sooner.

The pack of decorations was great! I used this as decorations for a colleague and she loved it! Took us about 30 minutes to assemble - blowing up the balloons, numbers, and bottle, hanging everything up and extending the Pom Pom decorations. Great price!

This was the perfect amount of balloons and decor! I ended up blowing up the balloons myself and just hanging them by string and it worked wonderfully. Would recommend!
