I don't use anything else. These take off all eye makeup(and other makeup too,) gently without a soapy mess and leave your skin feeling cool, clean and refreshed. Sealed in a sturdy container, no spill, no drying out, easy to carry. Great quality. Well worth the money. Pleasant scent. What more could you ask for in a makeup wipe?

I love this stuff! I have very few subscriptions but this is one of them. Easy to use ( which means I actually do use it). Does not irritate my skin. The quality of the wipe itself is durable without being abrasive. The scent is soft and hardly noticeable. I will not travel without it. It had become an easy and healthy part of my nighttime routine. And a quick routine in the morning if I forget the night before. Worth every penny!

My skin is very sensitive and I try not to wash my face more than once daily. This cleans perfectly and my skin feels soft and not tight. I've been using it for years and still haven't found anything better for my skin I think it's important to mention that I don't use a lot of makeup. The rounds are regular sized and if used to remove makeup can end up using up to three of this lil guys. For makeup I use a balm instead. Anyways, I love the product, how clean it is and how much my skin loves it.

These are wonderful. Removes waterproof mascara and eyelash glue without all the crazy scrubbing. Removes everything. Extra nice if you’re really tired and don’t want to do your entire nighttime routine. Leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean. I do run dry, so I have to moisturize afterwards but in a pinch, I could get away without it. They smell good, a faint rose smell. I’m about halfway through the jar and have yet to experience any pads that have or are starting to dry out. The jar is fairly large so taking them for a quick trip doesn’t work well, especially if you’re traveling very light. I’d kill for individual packets of these. When they say it works, it works. Highly recommend!

The box for this product was beat up and old. It was also wet and stained which must be from the product leaking? There was no seal on the jar and I don't know if there is supposed to be? Another reviewer mentioned a pleasant scent but these seem unscented to me. I updated my review to 4 stars because this product really works. It gets off the most stubborn waterproof mascara with ease. I will definitely purchase again.

I initially bought these ~5 years ago on an impulse because they were deeply discounted at J.Crew - after my first use, I immediately regretted not buying all of them. Seriously. I have straight, Asian lashes so I use waterproof mascara everyday and I have tried so many types of removers from cheap drugstore wipes to expensive boutique beauty brand wipes to oil-based potions to old school creams. You name it, I've tried it. These cleansing pads are my #1 choice even though they are way more expensive and hard to find in stores. They don't leave a filmy or greasy residue, they remove all of my mascara (even my super duty Japanese mascara), they are gentle (no skin tightness or burning), and the bonus is that they smell incredible. For real, just try these and you'll feel the difference. To keep me from going bankrupt, I alternate between these and the Ponds wipes (but thisworks is definitely my favorite).

This product is wonderful, it easily and gently removes all of my makeup! It is rarher expensive to use everyday.

Product is great, have used it for years...shipper sent in inadequate packaging so container was crushed and cracked through.

I normally love all of the products I’ve bought by This Works brand, but I won’t be buying these again. They’re effective at quickly removing eye makeup but they really sting and leave the skin feeling uncomfortable.

These work great, but so do Simple wipes which cost £2 for a pack of 20. You need two of these little pads as well, really, as they are pretty small. I bought this thinking maybe the smell would be nice from the mint and rosewater, but they’re basically unscented (again just like Simple). So since they smell no better and work no better than the wipes that cost 80% less, I won’t be buying again.

They’re fab But I need a way to travel light and this is much too heavy a pot - can you bring out a travel version please?

I had tried this when in hospital and it was so refreshing and easy to use when tied to a bed ! Have used it since at times and it's very effective. Gave my daughter a jar which I included in a beauty hamper I made up, she was delighted. The jar is quite large -it would be great if a smaller version could also become available for short trips away or if in hospital etc. Highly recommended, It Works !
