I am 68 years old and have owned many cookware sets over the years. I love to cook so they are well used in my kitchen. The Gotham set I purchased 8 months ago so I write this review after much wear and tear and an excellent outcome. They are still non/ stick and easy cleanup which is all I desired. Added benefit is they stack for storage.I do not use anything but soft sponge and very little detergent and even the flame side looks like new. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but phrase for my Gotham steel stackmaster pots and pans set. The easiest clean up I have ever had. I read a lot of reviews and although it says that you can place in the dishwasher, a lot of people seemed to think it ruined the easy clean up feature. I chose to not take the chance and just hand wash. There is little to none clean up and just like advertised, you can basically wipe most residue out with a paper towel. I highly recommend these if you are looking for great value and function. Works great with my gas stove and distributes heat much better than my old set. The stackable feature seals the deal.

By far the best nonstick cookware set I have come across. Far better than items priced five times as much! The design is so very intelligent allowing the pots and pans to be stacked within one another without scratching the nonstick surface. Even the lids are flat requiring less space in the dishwasher and yet so cleverly designed so as to allow condensation formed during cooking to be neatly recirculated or disposed. The lids even fit perfectly when flipped allowing vessels to be stacked on the lids.The nonstick surface seems to be far more durable than many new surfaces being touted on TV ads. Although the set is sold as dishwasher safe it comes with a note that it will last longer if items are hand washed. There is no mention of how long it could be expected to last either way! Initially that was disappointing as I had really wanted a dishwasher safe cooking set. I decided to take the chance and have put it in my dishwasher (with the sanitize cycle!) almost every single day since it arrived and the surfaces are looking and performing just the same. So this set has already outlived more expensive hand washed sets. Oh! And it does take less oil to cook in these pans versus other "non-stick"!The only minor improvement that could be made is that the revets inside the pans could be made of better material. They turned color after the first day of cooking. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. I rarely write reviews but this product compels me to gush!

Set is nice and cleans easily. Handles are not that great. They get hot. You will need a cover or mitt to grab. Pots are a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, ok for the money.

Worst purchase ever. Tried to use these induction pots and pans but never even able to boil water. Do not work at all.

Durable and still nonstick after heavy usage.

This is my first set of pans I have bought for my new home and was not disappointed. Very easy to clean nothing sticks at all. Cooks great. Very great space savers.

These pots and pans do nest within each other, but they will scratch each other in the process. I’ve had these for about 2 months and it’s apparent that a couple of the pieces are wearing each other down as a result. Despite this, the nonstick coating has held up well enough to still be useful.Although the coating is durable, it retains food scents. This isn’t totally unusual for nonstick cookware, but these retain scents far more than any other non-stick coating that I’ve dealt with. I constantly find myself soaking these for an extended period of time to alleviate this problem.There’s also something to be said about how these function on induction cook tops. They’re pretty inconsistent in how they perform. There seems to be some sort of steel core that is particularly thin. As a result the cookware does not hold onto heat very well. They also have a tough time getting up to tempt without apparent hot spot and cold spots. This makes tasks like boiling water a hassle if you’re trying to protect the nonstick coating.I purchased these on sale for approximately 70 dollars and that’s about all that they’re worth. They mostly function as intended, but there are some problems that you should consider. Do not pay any more than 80 bucks for this set unless you absolutely need a cookware set that nests within itself for space savings.
