VERY SMALL
if you have thick earlobes or even average sized earlobes these are very hard to screw on at the back and the balls on the back are very fiddly so i had to get help from someone else. in general they are the same as the picture and are ok to put in a fairly new piercing because i doubt would cause infection. i pierced my own ears and decided to put these in for my earrings however they arent the best choice because they are so small i was struggling to screw them on and i couldnt twist them in my ear either which was a nightmare.

These are tiny they will not fit any other area of the body apart from standard ear holes not even close to fitting a nose, tragus, rook or daith holes waste of money and not worth buying
